Pav was great. He came over at very short notice and having sent him a photo of the problem, he arrived to take a look and even came with the replacement part. Very quickly he’d removed the previous problem, fitted the replacement (in a very awkward place) with no fuss whatsoever. Because of an issue on our end we couldn’t test the problem while he was here, but he was insistent that we let him know how it went when we could test. Needless to say, the fix worked perfectly when we tested later. Totally recommend him and we’ll definitely be keeping his number for future plumbing jobs.

Second time we have contacted Pav, once for a replacement flush on toilet and second time for a replacement valve on a leaking water tank. He is very quick to respond, friendly and reasonably priced. Will always contact him in future for any other jobs and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

We first met Pav when we had an issue with our shower. It was evident that our planned bathroom project was now imminent. We therefore set a date and Pav took us through, the whole planning process from start to finish. Now that our bathroom is complete, it is nothing short of our dream bathroom come true. It is absolutely stunning and the work is spot on from the tiling to the installation of our shower, bath, loo, double sink and units. Not only that but Pav is such a lovely chap, so personable and friendly, nothing is too much trouble for him and took us through every stage of his work. We have a couple of other issues in the house, a leaking tap/radiator and have already pencilled him in to fix it. We wouldn't have any other plumber and thoroughly recommend him and his mate who we call PAV 2. Excellent and very well done, very happy customers and we wish him every continued success.

We needed a new shower installed as our previous one was leaking from underneath the unit. Pav came and inspected the old one and said we needed a replacement.
