Fabulous service! I contacted ProTech, they came out to make an assessment for the new Combi boiler to be fitted at our convenience. We had no hot water whatsoever. The boiler was then fitted a couple of days later and it could have been earlier if we had made up our minds quicker. Young person who fitted (sorry forgotten his name) was knowledgeable, professional and very pleasant. He also waited until my return when I was caught in traffic to explain how the boiler worked and left the area spotless. All paperwork was in order and lovely warm water to the taps and radiator. I cannot rate this company highly enough, definitely recommend if you need a new boiler.

Great service. Returned my call quickly and fit me in for a replacement boiler as soon as they could. Fitter was polite and straight to the job in hand. They kept the area clean and hoovered up after themselves. Fitter was very knowledgeable answering any questions I had and gave full instructions on how to use. Would recommend and will use again.

We have recently had numerous jobs carried out by ProTech following a positive experience back in November when they relocated and installed a new combi-boiler. A fixed leaking pipe, a new combi-boiler in my rental property and making safe a gas hob later, I can't recommend ProTech highly enough. Mike and Claire are very friendly and efficient on the phone and fitter Sam was very polite, knowledgeable and tidy. Top service, thank you!

I contacted Protech about getting Hive smart thermostat controls installed on a multizone heating system in my house. I'd struggled to find someone locally until I found Protech did this. The engineer Sam came and installed the new receivers and showed me how to use the wireless thermostats. He made sure it all worked and did a really tidy job. No mess and took his shoes off in the house, which I thought was very considerate. I'm really pleased I went to Protech as I was unsure just how complicated a job it might be, but Sam just got on with it and it was done in a couple of hours. Would go to them again for boiler/heating system work and certainly recommend based on my experience.

Called Paul out from Protech and found him friendly and very knowledgeable. I had a new boiler fitted, which was at a very good price and very neatly done, with Paul taking great care and clearly had pride in what he does. He has great consideration for keeping your house clean and was very open and honest. He communicates very well and kept me up to date as to times he was coming and was reliable with that which helped me plan my days. On the back of him coming I have already passed him to others who have also found him to be very good. 5 star rating every time, would always recommend PROTECH and will be using them again.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. ProTech Plumbing & Heating have just completed a full renovation of my bathroom to an outstanding standard. From initially speaking to Paul from ProTech I had every faith that they would carry out a great job and I wasn't disappointed & their workmanship really was of the highest possible order. From the initial planning of the new bathroom through to the finish I was constantly kept informed of their progress. This made a refreshing change from workmen who I have had dealings with in the past. I couldn't be happier with both my finished bathroom and the service ProTech provided. Great service, always prompt, and offer a call-out faster than anyone else I've called. Only ever call them now for my heating woes and gas-related needs. Never left even so much as a scrap of paper let alone any mess. Friendly staff- both on the phone and in person, and offer great value for money. Never feel like they're trying to rip you off as they're very honest about everything. Would 100% recommend. Only downside is they don't offer weekend appointments but they're as flexible as they can be to accommodate your needs.

Our boiler started leaking last Sunday and by Thursday Protech had installed a new gas combi boiler in our home. Paul was the 2nd plumber that we had out to inspect our boiler and he confirmed what the 1st plumber had told us, although he did go more in depth and discuss options. His estimate arrived within a couple of hours of his visit and the pricing was competitive with a comprehensive quotation. On Tuesday Paul assured us he would be able to install the boiler and sure enough on Thursday morning at 8.15am, Scott arrived followed by MKM with our boiler. Scott was a great kid ensuring sheets were put down on the hall carpet and he even put covers on his shoes. It's great to see that they take their customers property seriously. I could go on and on about how good the service was. We had a small issue of a stain on the carpet where some of the water had come out of the boiler when they were taking it down the stairs. We reported this to Paul that evening, he answered his phone when we rang assuring us that one of his team would contact us the next day to sort it out. At that point I started to get a bit nervous as we had paid for the boiler and install in full and I know what tradesmen can be like once they've been paid. Sure enough the next day we were contacted by Paul's deputy, Gary and a time was agreed for him to visit that same day with a Carpet Specialist to have a look. The stain was treated and the carpet looks as good as new. Our house has never been warmer and we are absolutely chuffed to bits with the service from Paul and his company. Paul is a local lad and as soon as he came to our house my husband knew he wanted Paul's company to carry out our work. We weren't disappointed. Huge thanks to all involved, Michelle & Matt, Welton

Just had a bathroom installed upstairs & a downstairs bathroom removed. Pro Tech did all the plumbing to a very high standard & on budget. I found ProTech after a google search for reliable traders in the Hull area. Paul was prompt confirming my faulty old back boiler needed replacement. His quote was very competitive by comparison with 4 others. He beat them in the little things, more than willing to listen – particularly regarding the site of a new Combi Boiler and any special requests I had. His quote was comprehensive and fully understandable (others I had were not), and reviews were positive so the choice was easily in his favour. 2 engineers promptly carried out the work. This was a clean and efficient removal of my old back boiler, fire, tanks etc and properly sorting old pipework. They installed a new Ideal Logic + 24Kw Combi Boiler (my choice fully informed by Paul who offered several options). Communication was very good throughout and the work done for the price quoted and within the time quoted – so ‘happy days’. I am very pleased with my choice of Paul and ProTech and would highly recommend them.

Used ProTech on a few occasions now. Just recently I called ProTech for a second opinion as I was told by a well known national organisation that I required a power flush (at a very high cost) as some of my radiators wasn't getting hot and my system was taking a long time to heat up. Paul from ProTech came down and diagnosed that the pump was undersized and the system required balancing. So new pump was fitted along with a magnetic filter and balancing of radiators. House has never been so warm. I couldn't rate this company high enough, everytime I have used ProTech there workmanship, professionalism and honesty has been second to none. Thank you from a very happy customer, would recommend to anyone!

I initially found Protech Plumbing and Heating via Linkedin and was immediately impressed by the neatness of some of the jobs he had done. Being in the property management business, I see lots of work done by tradesman and you develop an appreciation for quality when you see it. I contact Protech to help with a new central heating system to a flat above a shop and have to say I have been highly delighted with their workmanship and attention to detail. Needless to say the work then extended to include a new water inlet pipe, outside soil stack and a new bathroom. Protech may be a relatively new and young company, but I defiantly made the right choice in calling them. I look forward to passing them more work in the future and watching their business grow and flourish. Keep up the great work and a well deserved 5 stars from a happy customer.

Matty came on Tuesday to do a gas safety check. Boiler was tricky to get into but he managed to get in. Very polite and he left me a co2 meter.y if all your staff are so professional I would recommend Pro Tech Boilers to anyone.

I called around for a few quotes to fit a new bathroom... and these guys was the most helpful and cheapest, They came to fit me a new bathroom, Treated my home with respect, cleared up straight away after every job before the left, Give the guys credits were its due with a hormonal pregnant woman constantly on there case lol..... PROTECH PROVIDE SOLUTIONS - NOT PROBLEMS. From Paul (the Manging Director) visiting us at 8 PM on the Friday night to spec out our requirements and test the water flow rate to make sure that the large capacity Worcester Classic Boiler which we wanted would have enough water volume to justify the extra expense, to emailing a competitive quotation to me on the following Saturday afternoon. Four days later Protech had 2 Engineers (Sam and Gary) onsite to (1) install the new boiler, (2) re-arrange and re-pipe our large kitchen radiator (which previously never heated up), (3) install 11 new thermostatic radiator valves (6 to replace 40 year old versions and 5 to give us control of the 5 radiators which have never had any thermostatic valves on them). The valves on the remaining 6 radiators (we have 17 radiators in total) were deemed to be in good working order, (4) Install an easy to program new hard wired thermostat as opposed to the over-engineered wireless ones. All this was done in one day. THE RESULT:- For the first time (A) My wife can have our slipper bath full with really hot water in a few minutes instead of half full with warm water in about 20 minutes, (B) The kitchen radiator works for the first time, (C) The whole house has a very comfortable even temperature in both the upstairs and the downstairs instead of the downstairs being cool and the upstairs being over hot. An added bonus is that the previous myriad of pipe expansion noises which were very annoying have all but disappeared. Another bonus is that Paul, Sam and Gary are very dog friendly and made sure that our dog was safe and secure every time they came in and out of our house.
