Homeserve left me with no heating or hot water for a week and then decided my boiler was Beyond economical repair. 3 days later still waiting for them to call me to discuss fitting new boiler! Thankfully I gave F&F a call 5 mins after Homeserve had left. F&F came round immediately and provided us with a quote. 3 working days later I have a new boiler. Fantastic service, thank you. I chose to go with them as I had used them previously and found them professional, efficient and reasonably priced.

Excellent service from Rob at F&F today, did four small plumbing jobs for me extremely well. He turned up exactly on time, was polite and careful and offered very useful advice on my house renovation project. I will definitely be using F&F again for my plumbing needs. We have used this company a couple of times and they have always been superb. Today Simon came and got our old tired heating system going again. With three young kids in a 400 year old house when it's below freezing outside we were getting worried. Flood & French where responsive, helpful and punctual. Excellent, efficient service. very responsive on the quote for a full bathroom installation, made alterations where necessary and then undertook the job promptly. Recently used Flood and French for a small interior building job to convert a bedroom into two rooms. This included adding a new window, stud wall and electrics.
