Jim was recommended to me by a friend for a quick boiler service. He was extremely helpful, polite and great at explaining everything to me. I would definitely be calling Jim for any boiler related services and repairs in the future. He went above and beyond and even unblocked my sink - absolute legend (although slightly embarrassing on my part!)

Jim and the lads came to my rescue when my boiler packed packed up earlier this year. I can't find a single thing to criticise! Professional, quick and thorough, they even cleaned up properly when they finished the job. They didn't charge the earth either. I've used then again since to replace some old radiators, and had the lads on site within hours of asking. I'd definitely reccomend JTS Plumbing and Gas with no hesitation at all :)

Great work and excellent customer service! Sensible advice given about all possible solutions to an issue I had with my old boiler. JTS are interested to find the best and cost effective way to help. I wish I decided to went for a full boiler replacement straight after this option was advised by JTS, but I thought I'd try another engineer to fix my old boiler. In a result, I had to admit that JTS been right and if I'd listen to their advice I wouldn't be £500 out of pocket for the unnecessary job done by another company. Boiler replacement was smooth and professional. Highly recommended!

Replaced immersion heater in hot water tank. Job turned out to be more work than he expected but he still charged me the quoted price and did an excellent job making sure everything was fixed and working again. Would recommend.
