Dave serviced our boiler in April, and was quick, professional and I knew we wouldn't hesitate to contact him again. When our boiler was leaking and the pressure was going sky high when on, I contacted him and he got to us as soon as he could, offering us advice about it in the interim. Due to his popularity and working all around the country it was a couple days before he could get to us, then a couple more for the part to come in. Where others might have suggested a new boiler, Dave was focused on fixing it which was much more pocket friendly. He even installed a smart thermostat while he was here and all for a reasonable price. Will definitely contact Dave again in the future. He's friendly, professional and if you have an ideal boiler I would definitely recommend Dave's services.

Dave Benson came round to discuss the installation of a walk in shower in my home and to give me advice. He was happy for me to purchase the type of shower, shower screen, tray and laminated wallboards that I wanted. Dave gave me a reasonable quote to install everything and for him to supply the copper piping and waste. On the day, Dave turned up as agreed and got cracking straightaway. He was friendly, considerate and worked in a careful fashion to a high standard. He tidied up after himself and finished the work on the same day. I am very happy with the installation and would gladly recommend Dave's work to anyone.

Dave responsed within minutes of me texting him about a broken boiler that needed replacing. I was without heat and hot water and very stressed about the situation. Dave was so responsive and came round to look at the situation within a couple of hours. He immediately put me at ease with his friendly and professional approach. He kindly offered to work the following day (a weekend) so I could be back up and running as quick as possible. He sent me a selection of cost options and explained the differences with each. I felt that his quote was very reasonable compared to the likes of Homeserve. I went from Blown up boiler to a brand new one installed within 24 hours and couldn’t recommend Dave more! He was punctual, responsive, efficient and friendly. Will definitely use him again and recommend to friends.

Also added a stop tap as we had problems turning the water off in the house. The stop tap outside the gate is accessible and turns water off into the house.
