I honestly cant fault Simon and Sam, from start to finish top notch Service, the effort they put in was outstanding. Throughout the work carried out on the large job in the celler at my home, they communicated everything. They were friendly, courteous and professional at all times. Sadly for me I only found the company after 2 other people had let me down, I wish I had used them from the get go.

After having the drains back up every week we got in touch with Simon who cleared the drains with a high pressure hose and used a camera to make sure it was clear and to show me where the problem might be. He gave really good genuine advice on what options we had and who to contact to get the work sorted. It could have been very easy for him to try to push me towards having him do some quite extensive work but he didn’t. Very professional and thorough would 100% use Simon again and recommend him to anyone needing any of the services he provides.

Simon has just been to see to my blocked gully. He was very friendly, professional and clearly knowledgeable. He was supposed to visit my property to size a quote for the job. However having arrived and seen the nature of the blocked gully (with extensive roots) he stayed for almost an hour to try to get to the bottom of it. Working with care, skill and attention at 8pm in the evening shows he is a diligent and honest worker. I wouldn't hesitate to contact him for any future jobs.

We called Simon on Monday and by 7.30am on Tuesday he was here helping us out. We had a rubber end of drain rod stuck down the drain, however after Simon was able to use CCTV camera for an extremely reasonable price compaired to others. He was able to tell us exactly the problem with a loose seal on one of the pipes. He thoroughly checked every pipe every way to try and get to the full issue. His friendly manner was great and had some super advice for going forward. Fantastic, efficient service wouldn't hesitate to recommend Simon again, many thanks for your help Simon.

He managed to be able to do the work there and then and fixed 3 cracks in an old drain pipe. He was lovely to work with. We booked Simon to perform a drain mapping on a 1906 semi-detached house that we are currently renovating. We didn't want a complete drain survey drawn up, just depth and direction marked up on the ground with spray paint. He was recommended by another drain specialist who didn't have the equipment to do this particular work. He arrived on time; we even received a text message beforehand with an estimated time of arrival allowing us to track his location. Simon was very professional, knowledgeable and explained everything as he worked. The equipment he used was kept very clean and organised. I'm a bit of a perfectionist myself so this was good to see. As part of the job he located a Buchan Trap at the end of the driveway and we could clearly see on the CCTV that this must have recently got blocked and was backed up with water (good job I booked him when I did). He managed to get the water jet out and clear this blockage very quickly in order to allow him to continue the mapping. Additionally, part of the mapping he was performing was under a large pile of rubble that was on the driveway. He helped me to shovel this out of the way also to allow him to continue the work. I definitely wasn't expecting him to help with this but really pleased that he did. Thank you. I also discussed with him about replacing the existing drainage pipe work as part of the house renovations but he said that the pipes were in good condition and suggested having them lined instead with fibre glass as an alternative way to save time and money. He even showed me samples of pipes that had been lined. This is definitely something I will consider in the future. The job was very well priced and only took 75 minutes. After the work was complete I received an email (whilst he was still on site) containing an invoice, photos and a video documenting the work that had been done. Before booking this job I was considering hiring the equipment and trying to do the work myself but now having seen the work done and the various equipment used I am so glad that paid a professional. It was so much quicker and cheaper than what I could have done. Obviously, I cannot speak for his other work but I suspect that it is also carried out with great professionalism. I therefore wouldn't hesitate to call him again. Thank you Simon.

Great job by Simon and his team. Really thorough and professional. He used robotics tech to identify the problem and to line the existing drains avoiding the need for extensive digging of our stone paved yard. The small amount of excavation that was required was done really neatly and reinstated with care. Simon kept me informed throughout the works, from initial visit to completion, providing a photographic record of the works completed. A top job by all of the team. I called this company at 16.22 and Simon was with me before 5pm. He cleared a blocked kitchen drain, explaining to me what the problem was and sorting it out efficiently and with minimum fuss. He also had a bit of equipment that looked down the pipe into the main drain to see if there was a larger problem further on and was able to reassure me about this. Amazing company. Simon came out to do some lining work on my drains, after previously having a survey and quote from another company who didn’t seem very good. The other company didn’t inform me that the drains were the responsibility of Yorkshire water. However, Simon informed me straight away that I shouldn’t be paying for the work as it was up to Yorkshire water. This was a big job and he could have just done it, taken the money and I would have been none the wiser. Due to Simon’s honesty and knowledge, we have saved thousands. If you are looking for a reliable, honest company to complete any drainage work, this is the one. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them if I needed any drainage work in the future! Also, the price quoted based on the survey I had was very reasonable.

Fantastic service from Simon, we had a blockage which turned out in then end to be Yorkshire Water's responsibility, we called quite a few private plumbers prior to finding this out and Simon stood out for his professionalism and how he gave up his time to advise us on the issue over the phone. I was really impressed with this service. They attended quickly, communication was fantastic (you receive a text and phone call about 30 mins before the team arrive), diagnosed the problem, made a repair, and gave a follow up appointment to check everything had been completed properly.
