Just used this company, and can 110% recommend. They were quick and very responsive to the issue and made the whole process very easy. The service was impeccable and Richard and Clare managed to move mountains to get a urgent job booked in. Super friendly and lovely people. Will definitely be using them again if needed. We rang Avon Water Services Friday 21 January 2022, Richard came out that lunchtime to look at what was needed and give a quote. Confirmed we wanted to go ahead and use them that day and two engineers came out 9am Saturday and completed the repair swiftly. I would have not hesitation in recommending Avon Water Services - excellent work from all involved thanks

Fair play to these guys, they came out about an hour after calling to look at pooling water in the garden which we were concerned was from a possible broken pipe. They assured us it was just natural water finding its way through the soil and what actions we could take to mitigate it. Probably here about 20 min offering advice and as they were not required to do any work there was no charge for the call out. If I ever do have the misfortune of a leak I will make sure these guys are the ones I call first.

Absolutely fantastic service. Replaced our lead pipe and when there was a problem (that no one could have predicted) they came straight round and fixed it. Team are lovely and nothing is too much trouble. Now our water is lead free and a much better pressure and flow rate 👍🏻. Cannot recommend enough!

Quite frankly I couldn't fault the service we got from Richard and the team. What initially started out as one leak turned into three and the guys dealt with the whole job superbly. The patio and garden were left looking pretty much as if they'd never been there. All the guys who attended were pleasant, polite and professional. I'd have no hesitation in using this company again. I also have to say that it's very easy to imagine that the work that needed doing could cost an arm and a leg. I'll just say that the cost was less than I expected. Thanks. Great job.

I rang and left a message for Richard on the Friday about potentially repairing/ replacing a water pipe for us. He rang back almost straight away and I said at this point all I was hoping for was someone to come and have a look, assess the situation and give a quote. He said that was fine said he would be in touch first thing next week to arrange to come and see the property. He actually then took the time to contact me over the weekend to see if he could come first thing on Monday morning which was good for us. He came and talked me through all the options and and potential prices. He clearly knew his stuff and gave me some really good advice. Would definitely recommend.
