Michael is a special chap. He gave a unique consultation. He arrived within 3 hours. He did his very best to understand what needed to be done. He took a greater interest in secondary issues, and advised what work needed to be carried out (none - saving me £1000). He carefully explained a logical way to remedy a problem with a drain leak. He did not charge a call out fee. Whilst the time was late, and 4pm on a Saturday, he remained mindful and thoughtful. He also, showed care and consideration for internal damage, giving further advice as to how to rectify matters. If I need his service again, I will certainly call on him. I have spoken to over 10 tradesman, about the same issue, going left, right and left again - a reflection of the labour market we have. Michael is a worker who shows pride in his work, in his quotations, and diligence in duty - and he carried out no work. He is far from the workers who inaccurately assess and quote within minutes, in order to grab the next job, at sky high prices.

Had one of the 'Big' Companies around to look at drain blocked with tree roots. They said they couldn't be cleared and would have to dig up the drive. Gave quote (several hundreds of £'s per day) that was 'open ended' as they couldn't guarantee how long it would take. Rang Michael at Blocked Drain, he was around within the hour. Had a good look at the job. Used his specialised kit and the roots were cleared within 30 minutes! Excellent service, excellent price, and really nice guy. Would highly recommend for any drain problems

Michael came out within 1 hour of calling him on a Sunday evening. Promised a flat fee regardless of how long it took for him to unblock the drain - and he stuck by that! He has some really high tech/expensive equipment - and a great/friendly guy too!

Michael is incredible at what he does! Not only did he solve the problem within 15 minutes, he also educated us on drains and how some of our drainage system parts were at least 100 years old but working brilliantly. He taught us what to do if this problem should ever happen again and how to help reduce blockages! Andrex toilet paper all the way...never thought about the technology that goes into toilet paper! We had a blocked drain and Michael came out 2 hours after we called on a Sunday. Not only are his rates cheaper and fairer than most companies they are also fixed so there were no hidden charges! Michael fixed our blocked drain in 1 hour and made sure to clean up after and also did a couple of odd jobs like tightening a few door handles for my mum for free! Excellent service. My elderly disable mother who lives on her own had blocked bathroom drain. Answered phone straight away at 7.30am on Sunday. Very amicable manner, told me options and prices. Advised me will be there at 10am and arrived within 5 min of time having given me a ring prior to arrival. Came with van and industrial power washer equip on a large trailer. Did some required repairs but smell still present. Finally identified problem on neighbours property. Would not take any additional money above what was quoted on first night. Cannot recommend highly enough. What a breath of fresh air (not while the work was going on) We had a new driveway laid and ever since had water draining slowly from the downstairs loo. We called Michael because of all the positive reviews (from normal people , not other people in similar trades) . We made a good call. Michael came out on Sunday , got straight towork , explained everything to my wife and identified the cleared two drains which were blocked and overflowing with ... Three hours later the drains were clear, the offending items ( bricks thrown in my the driveway people) removed and a working loo. Total charge was exactly what the website said. It is very rare you meet a honest professional who takes pride in thier work. Will probalby not need to call Michael out again as he did the job properly but will keep his details to pass on.

Michael took about 30 minutes to solve our problem packed his kit away and left the job cleaner than what it was before he turned up lol.
