M. G.I rang Luxusheat to ask for a second opinion on already installed underfloor heating. I spoke with James and he was fantastic. He got me to send through information and pictures and then came for a visit to see the heating. He spent time assessing the system and then talked us through how it works and how to set it up. He had a huge amount of knowledge and was very good at explaining to an elderly lady how it worked. We will definitely be calling on his services again.
R.I wanted a water based underfloor heating system which didn't require my existing floor to be replaced and LuxusHeat were able to help. They recommended their thinner profile system which meant I just had to remove the existing floor tiles and then overlay their 12mm pipes which had minimal impact.
They provided a detail schematic of the recommended 'Zone' areas of a large floor which was excellent for the plumber. Once installed the heating worked a treat especially during a very cold winter.
The after-service from James and the team was excellent and only too happy to assist. I would have no hesitation in recommending LuxusHeat and am already planning my conservatory as next project.
P. P.We recently had UFH put in our extension. The parts being supplied by Luxusheat. (Not the installation ). We had a few problems with the instalment and to try and get to the bottom of this, i rang Luxusheat. One of the directors James came out to see me and was very informative and quick to show me and explain where the problem was.I now just have to get a plumber in to finish the job, so it works efficiently .
