Saniflo Specialists were just brilliant! My call was answered quickly and professionally. They offered to come the very next day. When they arrived Daniel got everything sorted really efficiently. Everything was left clean and tidy and with a working toilet. Fantastic! Would totally recommend.

I was able to book an appointment within 24 hours of calling Saniflo Specialists. Daniel arrived on time and worked extremely efficiently and tidily. He was pleasant and happy to explain and demonstrate the problem and left the area completely clean and tidy when he had finished. Payment was simple, by card, after the work was completed. We had a broken macerator pump in our apartment, it broke on a Saturday and between then and Monday, our landlord/letting agency were no help whatsoever, this left us no choice but to take matters into our own hands. We contacted SanifloSpecialists on Monday afternoon and they were out on Tuesday morning to us. The engineer, Ethan, arrived swiftly at 9am and was finished by 11:30am having completely replaced the macerator pump, putting our lives back on track. I couldn’t recommend this company enough, they were quick, efficient and extremely professional. They’re also very very understanding around personal circumstances. They are totally reliable and professional in every way. The person who attended was name Mike, he arrived exactly on time and kept me informed prior to the visit. I found him to be totally professional, knowledgeable and talked me through everything he was doing, a all around Nice guy with great customer service skills. Having discovered that the Saniflo lavatory at a newly bought house was taped shut with an "out of order" sign on it, we had no indication whether the problem was plumbing, blockage, electrical or mechanical. Saniflo Specialists gave an appointment within two working days of my call, confirmed the appointment and business terms in writing, confirmed by text when the engineer had set off, and he arrived promptly. The call out fee was fair, with no extra labour cost should the job go over time (just any parts). The Engineer was very professional and soon located and explained the problem, and with his help the broken item was sourced and replaced at minimal cost. Absolutely delighted with this service, and commend highly to others.

We struggled to find a plumber willing to deal with a blocked macerator in our downstairs loo. I contacted Saniflo Specialists by WhatsApp on Tuesday evening and was able to chat to Lulu and book an engineer for Thursday. I received a text confirmation and on the day received a 2 hour time slot. I then got an update with estimated time of arrival. When Daniel arrived he was polite, courteous and very friendly. He completed the job within about 30 minutes and left no trace of any work being done. He showed us the macerator working before he left and explained what the issue was. Payment was quick and easy. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. No trying to sell you parts you don't need, no mess, quick to respond, and very professional.

We had a nightmare situation with a macerator, we had a horrendous time dealing with building management and trying to keep communication up with the letting agent and the landlord. Throughout all of this the guys at Saniflo were nothing but helpful, they were always honest and did what ever they could to help the situation. When they were able to replace the macerator, it wasn’t a small amount of work they had to do but they were confident and kind the whole time, after speaking with multiple people within the business I knew just how attentive and caring they were. They provided details if any more issues arise and gave me much more information than they had to because they were genuine and wanted what was best for us. If I have any issues in the future there would be no one else I would want to come help than saniflo. The best of the best

Excellent, from the point you book and engineer, they keep you regularly informed, with a tracking system for your engineer on their way. They diagnosed and repaired on the first visit. Flat pricing structure, meant we knew the cost up front. Previously used a Saniflo repair agent who made various excuses why they couldnt inspect the unit, and still charged a call out. These are the guys to call for Saniflo repairs.

I am flabbergasted by the service i have recieved. My saniflo had broken down and with only one toilet in the house it was quite urgent to get it fixed. I tried a company i have used before but unfortunately they didnt have any availability until 12th april. O phoned around but lulu managed to get someone to come and sort it out today although intially she told me saturday. Very impressed and grateful for the rapid response.
