Boiler service carried out. Mal is a very professional individual with good consideration given to Covid precautions. He communicated clearly what he was doing and explained what parts needed replacing and why. All at a reasonable cost. I will definitely use HPE again and would highly recommend him to others.

I have nothing but praise for this company. He installed my central heating and boiler approx 3 years ago and have had no problems with it whatsoever. He sends me reminders when the service is due, so to keep the 10 yr warranty valid. Friendly manner and quick and efficient. The fact he gets so booked up should speak volumes. As a landlord I need to be associated with tradesmen that not only know their trade but are reliable, punctual, honest and thorough in their work. I found that Efficiency HPE were all of this and more. I needed a gas fire that had failed its safety check repairing and recommissioning. HPE were significantly cheaper than other quotes and the work was complete the next day, no fuss, no mess just perfect results. We have used this chap on several occasions to sort some boiler and heating issues. He has been very flexible and quick to respond. On both occasions he fixed the problem quickly and at what seemed to me to be a very reasonable price. On the job he took the time explain what was wrong and what needed doing and was polite and courteous throughout. We will certainly be using Mal again.

Excellent service, we had a leak from our water pump. Rang Mel about half 5 in the evening, he turned up about half an hour later. Found the problem, replaced the pump and tested the system. Very professional, would defiantly use again and recommend to friends.
