Imp Heating were responsive and advised us promptly and honestly as to the best overall package when it came to choosing a new boiler, presenting us with both the pros and the cons of various options/systems. The work was done according to schedule and did not throw up any nasty surprises. Most importantly to us, the change of systems did not alter any cosmetic features in the house and we gained extra storage space. Thoroughly recommend this company.

Big thank you to Ian at IMP Heating for super quick response to our loss of heating. Boiler stopped working yesterday afternoon and with impending arctic temperatures we weren't looking forward to being without heating. Contacted Ian this morning and he called in by 12.30pm and got boiler working in less than 30mins. Household very happy.
