D.Ian is one of my neighbours, we had a little neighbourly disagreement about a hedge. However, when I moved in I said I may need his services to replace my boiler, obviously having had the issue with the hedge since then I was concerned that may have tarnished our relationship with us being amicable. However, Ian said he was happy to quote for the work, so I gave him the opportunity. He came in with a very competitive quote! So, I gave him the go ahead, he completed the work for me 3 days ago. Both Ian and his colleague were extremely professional, there was no hostility at all. The quality of the work was extremely good.
Key points for me were Professionalism, Quality of work, Time keeping, and, Keen Pricing.
I would not hesitate to use his services again, thanks again Ian and your college.

P. B.Just had Ian round to fit new central heating pump. What brilliant service. Rang him at 11am and by 4pm had what turned out to be a bit of a nightmare job finished. We now have radiators that have never worked properly before working perfectly and all for a very reasonable price. Would certainly recommend and will use nobody else in future. Five star performance.
