Simon arrived at the date and time he promised, the service to my boiler was carried out in a friendly and efficient manner, he charged a reasonable price and he observed covid safety precautions at all times, I will certainly use this company for any future plumbing needs and can thoroughly recommend them.

We asked S J Howard to install a new Hive Thermostat. They did a great job despite the fact that Hive had provided an incorrect thermostat. They were quick, tidy and friendly to deal with. Made what might have been a difficult experience with the wrong thermostat straightforward, speaking to Hive on the phone and solving the issue. Have already asked then to undertake our regular boiler servicing. Many thanks for a great service.

We used S J Howard to carry out an emergency repair on a broken toilet. They attended very promptly and solved the problem. We then re-booked them to fix a leaking bathroom sink. The standard of work carried out was to a high standard and apart from a small issue with the invoicing this was a good experience. Thoroughly recommended.

What a marvellous company this is and a very valuable find. Mine was only a small plumbing job (or so I thought!) needing a sink unblocking and washing machine cured of leaving water in the bottom, but finding a plumber to tackle such a small job was difficult. However, S J Howard were able to help straight away and as soon as the plumber looked at the problem he understood exactly what was needed, popped out to get the necessary parts and was finished in no time.
