Cannot recommend John highly enough. First class professionalism and workmanship. Had a really difficult non-standard leaking tap that another plumber gave up on fixing. John diagnosed the problem instantly and fixed it. Brilliant!!

Worth his weight in gold. John came out same day after 5pm fixed my leak; unblocked my sink; fixed my loo seat and my bath. He didn't take advantage of the fact I know nothing about plumbing and explained everything (twice when I just didn't get it!) and is clean and polite. I'd happily recommend him and use him again. John is the plumber you will be pleased you went with, I am.

John originally came to cap off some radiator pipes but upon investigating he found they had already been done by the previous owner. He could have just packed up after half hour and charged me the minimum 1hr fee but instead he took on a 2nd job, replacing an extremely old toilet pan, that other plumbers had agreed to do but then let me down without a word. John was extremely knowledgeable, explaining why my old toilet had a syphoning flush and set about fitting a new pan ensuring it had a normal flush. I am so pleased with the work and how friendly and helpful John was. I would highly recommend him and will definitely call upon him for all future projects.

John replied to my job request on BARK almost instantly and came out the very next day. He came at the agreed time and completed the work quickly. He wore a mask to help prevent the spread of COVID and was chatty and kept me up to speed on what was wrong and how he was sorting it out. Bearing in mind how quickly he came out to sort the job I think the cost was reasonable. We've had no further issues with the toilet since John came and sorted it.

Contacted John and he responded very quickly coming out the same day. Fixed the issue within minutes and then took the time and care to check for any other issues before leaving. Everything is sorted and working like new. Highly recommend. Not over charging either. Will use him again if we ever need to call someone out!

John was excellent. We'd had another local plumber visit who insisted the only way we could stop the leaking taps was to replace the entire tap assembly. Their quote was over £600 in parts and 5 hours of labour. John came in and replaced the faulty parts in the tap. All done in just over an hour with a total cost of £160. Completely blown away. From now on we'll just be calling John when we have a problem.
