What a breath of fresh air to receive such conscientious friendly and polite but very professional service. Despite us having the most difficult part to replace on our 20year+ boiler it was carried out in quick time and a FULL check of the system for any leaks when refilling was made - nothing was too much trouble and at all times courteous. I contacted Peter when my brother needed his boiler replacing. Having already used this company before, I had no hesitation in recommending him. Sure enough, Peter gave us a very reasonable quote for the work and was able to carry out the boiler installation work within days. He is always reliable and prompt and very competent at his job. The work was completed with the minimum of fuss, despite it being just a few days before Christmas. I would use this company again and recommend them highly.

Stepped In at short notice when let down at the last moment by another installer, competitive price and availability. They arrived at agreed time worked around the household regime and were very tidy and respectful of home. Peter explained the workings of the newly installed full central heating system to my satisfaction the work was completed on time and on budget. He advised re additional appliances with no charge. Last June Peter and his Team removed my old regular boiler system and installed a new Worcester combi boiler and a extra radiator for a competitive price. The work was carried out to a professional standard and was even accommodating to move a radiator to another wall halfway through the install. Boiler has been working fine with no faults for a year and Peter has recently done a service on it for a good price. In short I would recommend Peter and his team to any friends and family.

Had Peter and team in to remove our backboiler and install a combi boiler. Well what can I say! They are brilliant. Punctual, hard working, and do an excellent job. I also got Peter back to replace our gas fire. Unfortunately our boiler did fail after two weeks (the fan broke) but even though Peter was away for the weekend he sorted it all out with Worcester. I have already given his details to a friend who needs a new boiler.

Peter and Mark turned up and sorted out my leak (on 17 July 2017) and as it only took them a minute, they didn't charge me. This is the fourth time I have used these guys. I have had a new combi boiler fitted (in Aug 2016), two new radiators and the fitting of a new gas hob (Jan/Feb 2017). I can't recommend them highly enough.

Discount Heating came to my house to fit a new combi boiler. I picked this company because they included a free power flush which the other companies charged extra up to £300 for it. I have old radiators so i new they needed flushing out properly. I was amazed at how much sludge they got out my old system. The boiler was fitted within a day inc the flush. All the pipework is very neat and tidy. They put dust sheets everywhere as well which i was impressed with. I am already saving money on my gas bills and my heating is much hotter. I have very recently had a Worcester combi boiler installed in my house by Peter and Mark,not only was the product excellent and professionally installed but done in a manner that it was pleasant having these guys in my home...Peter advised me throughout and introduced me to the Nest system controller that i can use to control my heating away from the home...I had to have my old Flue re sited and Mark filled in the hole with matching coloured sand and cement and made it look like the hole wasnt there at all.. I was looking to install a power shower as before my boiler install as my shower was very weak,now the shower pressure is extremely strong,i dont have to buy an expensive pump...Discount heating is a company i would strongly suggest you employ as their staff,prices and quality are hard to match...Thanks Pete and Mark,i am like toast in my warm comfy home now.....Kev Cowley...
