Contacted Dyno rod by email in the middle of the night. Engineer was with me at 10 am. He outlined what the cost would be for various services and then investigated a sewage smell for me. After checking everything was ok he said the next course of action would be to check the main sewer but access was difficult and rather than cause expensive damage he said to give it a few days to see if the smell cleared and then go from there... didn't charge me a penny for a good half an hours work. To me, that is excellent and I wish I could name him for being a top professional.
