Michael was polite enough to text me to let me know he was en route, and did a great job on the leaky pipe for a very reasonable price, leaving it looking more robust than it had done when it was brand new. He even took the trouble to help us out by putting a few screws into our slightly wonky side gate to save us doing it ourselves. Very impressed, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him or call him out again.

M.I was having some problems with my boiler so I contacted Michael following a recommendation on the Nextdoor app. He called me back within 30 mins and arranged to come out the following day to take a look. After replacing a part on my boiler it is now in good working order. I am very pleased with his performance and Michaels efficiency. Very helpful and knowledgeable young man.

Most communication was via telephone & text. He was able to offer me a few different options that were friendly to my budget and hassle free. He cleaned up after himself on the way and only took a day to install the boiler. Would recommend for a quality service!
