Michael provided an excellent service. Very reliable, trustworthy and personable. He did an excellent job, reasonably priced and left everything tidy and checked the system was working fully after he had finished installing new radiators. Would definitely recommend.

I am delighted with the work Michael carried out. He fixed the leak from my plughole and fitted a new kitchen tap. The previous tap hadn't been fitted properly and the fixings had all rusted. I now have a wonderful new tap that swivels effortlessly - just as it should. Michael was very professional and did an excellent job repairing my toilet, it’s like a brand new toilet now. Very clean and tidy and a reasonable price. I usually feel very uncomfortable having ‘any’ workmen in my home and generally wouldn’t recommend them. Michael was able to attend to a leak in the water tank overflow within a few days of asking, as well as repair a leak in the toilet cistern. He was professional, responsive, kept in touch and completed the work well. HIs quote was reasonable and he only added on a small extra due to doing extra work on the day which was needed. He included tidying up after himself also. He was able to adapt to a complicated home situation due to a vulnerable family member, and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him. Used Micheal to fix filling loop on my mums boiler ( she had just bought a house and the tap on the filling loop had been knocked off) so we could raise the pressure in the boiler and have hot water again. Then I asked him to fit a tap for a hosepipe in my house which he did brilliantly. Micheal is a really nice guy, very approachable, punctual and does his job very well. I had a leaking hot water joint behind a cupboard back panel and could only control it by turning my mains water off. I'd not used Michael before but he came out at 5.00pm on a Saturday and isolated my hot water supply so we had some water. He was busy the following week but agreed to come back on the Sunday to complete the job. A real life saver. When so many traders don't even bother to return a call it was refreshing to find someone who cares about his customers, is professional, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. I had such a positive experience with Michael from the first phone call I had with him. He was punctual, friendly and quickly detected the source of a water leak at my flat - a burst tap pipe. He was very kind and offered to replace the tap for me on the same day, even though this meant him travelling to the nearest hardware store to buy the tap. Very impressed with Michael. He's professional, courteous and has a very pleasant manner. He responded straight away to my initial enquiry and came the next day to re route a kitchen outlet pipe which due to the work of 2 previous umbers has been leaking kitchen sink waste into my garden.
