Mums boiler ceased to work, I stupidly did not have maintenance cover. On using google search I came upon MCH, the reviews were positive, therefore I contacted them for help. Office ladies were so helpful and professional, I was able to get an appointment the same day. Engineer surveyed boiler and a new circuit board was required, the part was ordered and it was fitted the following day. The whole experience was made less stressful by the professionalism of all MCH operatives. Communications excellent, price competitive, I have now taken up a maintenance contract, including annual service. Excellent local company, highly recommended.

After twenty-five years, the family house has never felt this warm! I reached out to Merseyside Central Heating Ltd with regards to replacing the original central heating boiler. They were fast, efficient, and priced well. The quality of the work was outstanding with the standout feature being the patched up external brickwork from the previous flue. Other neighbours have had similar work performed, but the brick matching, and pointing was nothing near to this quality!

On initial call the pricing policy was clearly described (and I found it to be competitive). The engineer called in advance of arrival as agreed. He arrived on time. During the visit, he listened to description of fault and additional info and paid attention. He diagnosed problem and tested theory promptly. In short he was punctual, pleasant and effective. A new part was needed, I was presented with, a verbal estimate for work on the spot, I agreed. He collected part from local supplier, and fitted part, and tested the fix successfully. The whole repair process including collection of part took approx 1 hour. I was able to pay by card on completion, and I received a hand-written receipt, followed by a more detailed emailed work sheet. The price was as agreed. On the basis of this experience, I would be happy to use or recommend this service again.

24/02/2018 at a rental property: New boiler fitted within 3 days of old one packing in. MCHL recognised the urgency of the situation - young family and falling temperatures as the Beast from the East approached - and pulled out all the stops. The boiler spec was excellent, the price was very competitive and the work was completed on-time with no mess. I have no hesitation recommending MCHL. 11/10/2021: Annual service on home system completed today and the cause of a minor fault that I only mentioned today was quickly identified, the replacement part ordered and an installation date has already been confirmed. Fantastic service from a very professional company with experience throughout, and very customer-focused. Couldn't ask for more!

Merseyside Central Heating installed my original central heating about twenty years ago. In that time they have maintained my system annually and I have been totally satisfied with their work. When it was time to upgrade my boiler and install two gas fires MCH was my first choice. They arrived to do the work promptly on the day booked and the engineer got to work straight away. The new boiler was up and running on day one. The gas fires were more difficult as my 1900 built house fought back .However , the team were able to work their magic including being on the roof in atrocious weather. I have now two wonderful Living Flame gas fires , which I have always wanted. Both rooms look great. As a result I can fully recommend Merseyside Central Heating.

Had to call Merseyside Central Heating Ltd for my 88 year old father. He had a problem with his central heating and hot water. Merseyside Central Heating Ltd installed my father's central heating many moons ago. My father has a service plan with them too. I would like to pass on my thanks to them. I called them about 5:30pm on the 30th Dec 2020. Although closed I used their emergency number they supplied. I left a message and was called back within 10 mins. Explained that his heating and water went off. The gentleman tried to help us over phone. I explained my dad was ok for heating overnight as he had a electric fire. Merseyside Central Heating Ltd agreed to come and look at the boiler first thing the very next day as they didn't want to see my father left without over the New Year holidays. True to their word they were there on time. They sorted the boiler out ordered a new part came a few days later to fit the part. Once again thank you for sorting things out so fast. I would highly recommend Merseyside Central Heating Ltd. My father has been with them for many years. They have always been fast, reliable, caring and very professional. THANK YOU.

Can't praise these guys enough. I know they'd gone above and beyond for other members of my family, but having moved into a house for the first time, I went with British Gas Homecare inc boiler service. What a blunder. MCH serviced my boiler and found that it ltierally hadn't been serviced despite 3 visits from British Gas. Before today for 4 years, we had never run a bath because there was never enough hot water to fill it and after yesterdays service and fix, joy, we can! They also installed a replacement shower, fixed a wobbly tap and serviced our fire place. All for around the same cost as a year with Homecare. Prices are very good, engineer knew his stuff. Nice also to not recieve any sales pitches for uneccessay extras like I did with the Gas board. So a big thanks because for the first time in 4 years, Radox is on the shopping list! If you want a company you can trust and rely upon, MCH should be your first call. Defo recommend. (If you couldn't tell already!) Update 10th Dec. New boiler installation, fast, friendly, focused on the job. Had a boiler moved from loft to first floor. Excellent value for money too. Been through so many plumbers for various reasons. After an initial excellent response to attempt to repair our old boiler, we had no choice but to condemn it as past its best at 18 years old. Needless to say we needed a rapid install of a new combination boiler. This company responded with a immediate ordering of the new boiler and relevant parts required. I called as my boiler had broken down leaving me without heating or hot water. Within a couple of hours I had a call back from an extremely helpful lady, to schedule an engineer visit for the next morning. Thank you for your same-day response to the nightmare of the boiler failing at my 94-year old father's house. The engineer came kitted out with face mask and gloves and stayed till he was sure that the boiler was working reliably again. Contacted Merseyside Central Heating late sunday evening when our boiler drained and pilot went out leaving us with no heating hot water. Ian responded in under half an hour, and even tried to res0p00olve the issue by phone to save us an unnecessary call out charge. When the issue couldn't be fixed he arranged a callout for the very next day at a time that suited us and quoted us a very reasonable price for parts and labour. Ben the engineer who came was punctual, efficient and was in and out in under 30 minutes and even gave us a few handy tips to maintain a healthy boiler. Overall Merseyside Central Heating are great value for money and would definitely recommend and use then again.

Can't recommend these guys highly enough. Our boiler broke down whilst on holiday and was calling around for quotes frantically. Some were quoting a 3 week waiting list but then I asked for recommendations on Facebook and these guys were mentioned. Within 1.5 hours Ian was at my house and we had a brand new boiler 48 hours later!! Superb installation, very competitive price, a 3 week follow up check and just a brilliant experience! I'm not an easy person to please. I expect excellent customer service whether it be from a coffee shop, a hotel, or a contractor. I'm also not someone who writes reviews. However, I think it would be unfair if I didn't comment on Merseyside Central Heating. I've dealt with this company on three occasions, two of which were in an emergency. Each time, they were professional, courteous, polite, and honest. There has never been any sort of 'hard sell', they've told me up-front what the potential issues were and what the costs might be. Their engineers are clean, smart, and knowledgeable. They turn up when they say they will (actually, earlier in my experience), they do what they say they're going to do, and they've given me advice for the future. Any future work I need, and when I need a new boiler, there is only one company I'm going to call, and Merseyside Central Heating is it!

This company came in after another heating engineer had spent three days in my home ripping everything out and left the job and me without any heating or hot water at all. From the first call to them, Ian came out and saw the mess. Given that they had to pick up the pieces, I received a very reasonable quote which I accepted and two engineers were quickly on the job. It was not easy working out what the previous engineer had done, but I can only praise them for the speed in which they tackled the job and put heating back in my home quickly and efficiently.

I had a full heating system fitted by MCH around 18 years ago after a recommendation from a friend. I have had an annual maintenance agreement with them from day 1. Their service is first class, any issues are sorted out quickly (all heating systems will have some issues overa near 20 year period). But the original boiler still works well, the result of regular maintenance. MCH are excellent. The biggest compliment I can pay them is to say I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. My future boiler replacement will definitely be through them.

The receptionist was friendly and helpfull when i initially phoned up with my issue, I had a leaking radiator and had purchased a replacement and needed it fitting. I had British Gas give me a quote for a new boiler.My boiler is in the kitchen.This guy came to do a survey and price.He told me the new boiler would have to go in the rear bedroom upstairs,and the cost would be £3500.I then got Merseyside Central in for a quote.They done a survey and told me the new one can go in the same place as the old one.The cost would be £1950.JOB DONE.The after service is second to none,I had a few teething problems at first,but all is ok now.I can highly recommend them .
