C. O.Steve is truly an amazing guy. Needed a plumber cause of a leak in one of my radiators during the holidays. Had searched for a plumbing service and it appeared everyone was busy. Found him on Google and he made time out of no time to come fix the problem. No ridiculous charges, no lies, no dragging the hours... an honest well done job and I couldn't be more thankful. And yea he's super friendly too!! Certainly one of the best in Liverpool (well the best for me😄)
K. P.Although I didn't use this business as such, Steve was truly amazing during my time of sheer panic when I dropped my engagement ring down the sink. He answered first thing on a Sunday morning and although he had appointments so couldn't come out he gave me reassurance and advice, even getting me to send pictures of the sink to him so he could advise me properly.
He really put my mind at ease and gave spot on advise so I was able to retrieve my ring :)
I would definitely use his business again should I have anymore accidents or plumbing issues!!
C. R.I found Steve by chance via Google under local emergency plumbers when a pipe for the sink in my downstairs toilet burst at 7am. Luckily he answered at that time in the morning, gave me some immediate advice and specified when he could attend to repair it. He was very calm which was great because I wasn’t! He arrived exactly when he said he would, knew exactly what needed doing in minutes, did a great job, and offered some really useful advice. As well as knowledgeable, he was polite, friendly and good value. Fantastic service!
P. D.The waste pipe from kitchen sink had come away outside and the water was gushing everywhere. Steve came and replaced the pipe and put new connections under the sink. He also sorted out the pipes under the sink which, as he explained, where not fitted correctly. He didn’t charge me for that extra work. He explained everything in detail. His work was of the highest standard and I would recommend him wholeheartedly. Txs Steve.
M.Another plumber had done a bad job of fitting bathroom taps, wich left leaks from the pipes and through the ceiling. Got in touch with Steve, and he came the following morning and fixed everything for a good price. Friendly and easy to talk to, and done the job to a very high standard.
P. S.I called various plumbers in despair today, after getting an F.28 code on my HeatLine boiler and having no hot water or heating. Unfortunately, Steve was unable to help me when I called him, as he had not dealt with my HeatLine boiler model.
However, for some reason Steve kindly called me back whilst I was still busy calling other heating engineers/plumbers.
He was patient, and talked me through what a condensed pipe problem is, and explained the process of thawing a condensate pipe and restarting a boiler. I am not technical at all, but with Steve's expertise and excellent guidance; I was able to fix the problem. I am delighted to say, I now have hot water and heating.
I would highly recommend Steve and his company for his patience, expertise and professionalism. Thanks very much!
