Simpsons Plumbing provided an excellent level of service when I contacted them to repair an issue with my toilet. Dave was very responsive to my query and provided a competitive quote. Lawrence, who did the work, was friendly, happy to explain the process and very thorough. When a slow leak was discovered.a week later, Simpson Plumbing were quick to resolve this: Lawrence came round the next day and replaced a defective part at no extra cost, despite my insistence to pay. A truly excellent level of customer service from this company. I cannot recommend them enough.

Called David on Monday morning as shower was leaking through the kitchen ceiling. They arrived 8.15 the next morning. Excellent service. Really nice fella's. Polite and informative. Happy with the work carried out and the price. I would definitely recommend this company and will use again if the need arises.

Simpsons plumbing sorted out a leak , I had from toilet sink today. They were both friendly and very professional. They quickly found the problem and replaced the faulty pipe .They were competitively priced and I would highly recommend them.

Simpsons Plumbing did a first-rate job fitting radiators, installing pipes and sorting out various problems at our property in south Liverpool. They got on with the job in a calm and professional manner and left everything in great condition. They responded promptly to our queries, before, during and after the job. Very pleased all round.
