Excellent service. TT were round an hour after the call and fixed the issue. I live 200 miles away and the repair was at my 92 year old mother's house. Tee was trustworthy and understanding to her as well as solving the problem at short notice. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Had leak in kitchen which started on Sat, New Year's Day. Emergency plumber (recommended by friend) came late next day, said could not repair leak without turning water off at outside mains, which we were unable to locate. Plumber left without resolving problem. Phoned Thames Water, who recommended 24-7 TT Plumbing. Tyrone came that afternoon, said it was not necessary to turn off water at mains and fixed the leak within a short space of time. Thoroughly recommend this company.

I hired TT Plumbing & Heating after my sink collapsed and water flooded my living room. The p-trap under the sink became dislodged and after 'putting it back together', I noticed a small leak. Our hot water and central heating system went down over Christmas. TT plumbing were very professional, courteous and proficient. The plumber quickly established that there were various issues with an old central heating system. He performed the repairs quickly and the whole service seemed value for money. Tyrone came to fit a replacement shower unit (mixer bar and riser). As it was replacing a similar 10 year old unit using existing screw outlets, I had earlier tried to do it myself. But the original installation had been somewhat amateur, one outlet was not straight and when I tried it, I got a shower before turning it on! The sort of problem you'd rather have a pro deal with. Tyrone arrived punctually, did a great job at reasonable cost and helped out on another problem. Highly recommended!

Tyrone is a truly genuine guy who is highly skilled in his trade, does his best to get the job done and executes to a high standard. The job I had for Tyrone was not a standard job as it was to help me re-configure some existing pipe work. Tyrone arrived on time and COVID-safe, he was very polite, extremely professional and above all else he did a great job. In the past we have used Pimlico, this guy was better cheaper and local. I wish I could give him 6 stars but google only allows 5! Tyrone came to fix an emergency mains leak that's causing damage to brickwork. Leak was underneath downstairs flat sink but coming from my main supply so I was anxious to get it sorted as soon as possible. T was able to shut the mains off an pinpoint source and recommend a builder who could tackle the leak. It's deep under the floorboards and needs a strip down of kitchen counter to access the do a proper fix. Was very helpful and professional. 5/5

Tyrone responded to our emergency leaking loft tank over Easter hols quickly. My parent's are getting on a bit and it's always a worry when you have to get tradesmen into do work. Tee stopped the water and carried out a temporary repair untill the supplier's re opened. He came back on Easter Sunday and carried out a minor job and checked the tank while visiting. His attitude and manor was remarkable, he sent me whats app video's of the progress and repairs carried out during his visit, as a had to leave him to it. He returned a week later to completely replace the water tank as the old one was beyond repair, dispite his visits during Easter Sunday and repairs to the tank before his prices were very resonable and I expected much more in considering the amount of time he spent in my parents home. It's very refreshing to see honest decent tradesmen still exists, Tee was Covid compliant during his interactions with my parent's, Thank you for your help and putting my mind at ease during your visit.

Snow was on the ground and our Vaillant boiler had stopped working. Our family needed help with all 4 boys currently at home. We called our trusty TT and companion to resolve the problem. They came round in the morning and were wearing their masks at this awful time of Covid. They diagnosed that a gas valve needed replacing and that the job could be done the same day if the part could be found. TT went through snow storms and the rest of their duties that day. They came back to us and worked well outside of normal working hours to restore our hot water and central heating during the coldest spell of this year. They kept us posted on expected time of arrival through the day. All was fixed in a day as promised, no hidden costs, value for money, transparent, decisive and great results. They also gave us great advice about our ancient Vaillant that will need replacing in the summer after 20 years devoted to supplying our hot water and keeping our house warm. Without question we would use them again and recommend TT Plumbing and their great customer service to anybody out there needing help.

One February Sunday, late evening, we had a leaking radiator that had stopped the heating and was damaging the carpet. Tyrone came quickly, at the time he promised, and went about his work straightaway. You could easily tell he knew what he was doing.
