Used the company for the first time for a Gas Safety Certificate and can understand why they are so highly rated now. Friendly, honest, quick and good value for money. UPDATE: Used the company again (to replace a heated towel rail element) as they were very good the first time I used them for another job. Fantastic service yet again - friendly people, quick to respond, skilled and knowledgeable and great value. If I could give more than five stars then I would!

I am so impressed with the service I received from the team at Aren Services. The gentlemen were on time, attentive and very respectful. The leak was investigated and then the findings were fed back to me clearly along with the work needed. The gentlemen were very careful with my tiles and caused minimal disruption trying to get the source of the leak. I booked in a service for my boiler as well as an installation for a nest thermostat. The engineer arrived within the bracket and was very swift. The price was reasonable, not necessarily the cheapest but I felt the quality of the work was very good and I would happily use AREN services again. I’ve already recommended them to my sister.

Dante arrived promptly at 8am and was polite and professional. He assessed what work needed to be carried out and patiently explained the problem and proposed solutions. We had a job carried out by a previous plumber who didn’t do a good job and caused a leak. Dante replaced and refitted the taps and piping. He also changed a mixer tap in bathroom. Everything was carried out professionally and neatly. We would highly recommend Aren Plumbing and if all engineers are like Dante that is a bonus.

Julia and the team at Aren H&P were great - in short, we would definitely use them again! Getting in touch with them via WhatsApp was quick and easy, Julia and the on-site engineers were always polite and accommodating, their prices are extremely reasonable and the job was done quickly. Searching for negatives, it would have been great if the engineers could have wiped down and cleaned the fittings a little better, but that would not stop me using Aren again - they will definitely be the first people I call in future!

Nick from Aren was fantastic. He was reliable and really friendly. He fixed the problem in no time and was on hand for us to contact him directly if the problem continued. Aren themselves were so easy to use, I was able to send a Whatsapp message through the website and book an engineer for the following day. I would not hesitate in using Aren again.

I supplied radiator but the Aren team arrived to install it. All very professional job, taking into account some quirks of my house (ie it's on a lean!) - new radiator looks amazing. They re-balanced the whole heating system and all works much more efficiently now. Highly recommend.

The team from Aren plumbing provides great service installing the washing machine for me. The communication was smooth and responsive. The engineers showed up on time and jumped on the job immediately. They patiently answered my questions and worked hard to replace the washing machine. There was a problem to remove the old water inlet, they figured out a solution quickly. All the work was done within an hour, while some well-known store JL took 4 weeks and was still not able to resolve for me. The work was excellent and am very satisfied with the whole experience and the result. The staffs were all nice and friendly. Thanks a lot, Aren team!

I am really impressed with the level of customer service and assistance from Aren. Julia was really attentive and understanding of the situation and explained my options clearly and factually, simply not assuming I knew or didn't know what was being said to me. As a woman requiring the skills of men (I have not yet encountered a female plumber) I have been treated in a condescending and dismissive manner many times in the past. Nick and Ronan were amazing and worked well together. I had a leak in a corner of the kitchen ceiling. They couldn't quite pinpoint where the water is coming from but they did all the necessary checks inside and outside of the house and have told us what to look out for. They also changed a tap in the kitchen in no time. It is so refreshing to find good and honest service and I am delighted to have found them. Thank you Aren.

Needed my underfloor heating serviced as it was having a few issues, service was excellent they fixed some of the issues and identified the problem with the others. Awaiting a quote from them for the additional repairs but would definitely recommend, better value for money than home care with British Gas.

I called at about 10:30 and the problem was fixed by 3 o clock. So so pleased with the service. I was asked to send over some photos via email before the engineers arrived, which meant hat they could bring the necessary parts to fix the shower. They had it sorted within half an hour or so. 10/10 service, lovely guys and Julia on the phone was great too. Thanks all!

Came ontime very knowledgeable. Serviced boiler and fitted a new thermostat. Gave plenty of good advice on keeping energy costs down. Very happy with this company. Would recommend.

Amazing service. Monday I contacted Aren Heating&Plumbing via their chat feature on their website to book in a boiler service and also to extend the plume pipe outside. I chatted with Nick and got an appointment booked in on Wednesday that same week. The engineer, Ronan, arrived on time and did a great and thorough job making sure my boiler meets regulations. Both Nick and Ronan were very professional and polite. The website is easy to use and I like that they have a chat feature, which makes the company feel trustworthy. This is the first time we found a fantastic local plumber, a young man called Ronan. Our first impression of him was that he was punctual, very polite and friendly. Also, he was very organised as he put his mask on and covered his shoes before entering our house. We had no water in our kitchen. Ronan checked the mixer tap and everything and explained to us what happened. He kindly tried to help us by repairing the tap first with the spare parts that he had, so that we did not have to spend money to buy the new mixer tap in our kitchen. Unfortunately, some parts of the tap were already rusty and broken. We decided to change the tap for the new one. Ronan showed us the pictures and prices of good quality and affordable mixer taps that we could choose from. He went out to get it and replaced the old one straight away. He did it so quickly. He was very professional while maintaining his great sense of humour. He left our house clean and tidy when the work was finished. My husband and I were very pleased with our lovely new kitchen mixer tap. We greatly appreciate his professionalism and the excellent customer service therefore; we would highly recommend him to anyone who needs an exceptional plumber. My kitchen tap had been dripping for some time and suddenly turned into a constant stream of running water. The Aren team book me in promptly and came over to fix it. After assessing the fixtures they quickly popped out to get the new parts required and had it fixed and in perfect order once again within no time at all. Ronan and the team were absolutely superb. We called in the middle of a plumbing emergency. Ronan answered the phone immediately and, although he was in the middle of a job, contacted the office to schedule us in for a visit within the next 2 hours.
