No one likes it when your boiler is down, you have no water and heating and you're freezing your balls off, right? Well luckily Jimmy was someone recommended to me, responded quickly on the day and popped down on the day to inspect the issue. He advised on nexts steps. We decided to Install a new Boiler, which happened in 3 days from call out. Not as ASAP as I thought ha, but not a big problem waiting for 3 days. Jimmy got everything we needed and advised which best boiler to buy. Came on the day and got the job done. I thank him and my balls. But on a serious note, he was great, and friendly. Not out here to mess about but to promise to deliver a good service. Would highly recommend. A big hand on heart thank you.

Excellent job completed replacing our old radiators with new modern ones, which involved adjustments to the pipes into the radiators. There were a few unexpected issues but Jimmy was really great sorting out solutions to the issues and popping back two extra times to make sure everything was completed. Would recommend to anyone

Jimmy was very responsive and kindly came around ASAP for a small job during the busy month. It was done very quickly and perfectly. I was working from home but there was hardly any disturbance. He worked out what the problem was before the visit and quoted the price in advance. That is always reassuring. Very friendly and easy to talk to. Highly recommended. Jimmy did a couple of plumbing jobs at our jouse including installing a new boiler, fixing the general gas and pipes, repairing water leaks as well as removing and installing radiators. My boiler stopped working and wouldn’t restart on a Friday night. I Contacted about 5 companies and none of them would help until Monday but “asap heating and plumbing” listened to my issue and walked me through how to fix it myself via a video call free off charge! Very nice people, will definitely use and recommend them in future

Very quick response to original request for a new boiler on recommendation from a friend. Competitive price and Jimmy arrived bang on time and installed the new boiler really quickly and with no fuss. Removed the old one and didn’t leave a mess. Also set up a nest smart thermostat.
