Ashley also removed all the old tiles for me, concerns about old bath removal were addressed beforehand, excellent communication. Desperately needed a plumber to sort out a dishwasher leak caused by poor installation. Ashley was amazing - went beyond what he needed to do - so not only stopped the pipe leaking but also made sure I was able to use the dishwasher. He gave a fair quote, brought everything he needed including ordering new parts and tiles, did a good job on some re-tiling and stuck at it even though it took longer than he hoped. Ashley has just fixed our combi heater before the cold sets in, coming a few times to replace cheaper parts in turn (for obvious reasons) until finding the part at issue. His labour costs were very reasonable and he clearly has considerable expertise. He’s now helping us with installing a Nest to reduce our bills, and when we need to upgrade the radiators, pipes and boiler Ashley will be the first person we turn to. He’s also really straight down the line and easy to deal with.

We had multiple plumbing issues: the thermostatic valves in all 3 of our showers were not working properly so they would never be properly hot; the thermostatic valves in some of the radiators were malfunctioning and always on full heat; there was a leak underneath the bath; and most importantly, the pipework in our extension was installed badly and we got a terrible smell of drains every time we ran the washing machine - this had been going on for years and we had never found someone able to remedy it. Ashley fixed them all. Our shower fixtures were all a decade old but he managed to find the correct thermostatic cartridges, so saving us from having to replace the whole shower. He replaced all the radiator valves. Best of all he found a solution to the bad pipework in our extension, changing the water traps for more high tech ones. We were very impressed by the quality of Ashley's work. He turned up when he said he would, communicated well, and charged a fair price. I would recommend him to everyone.

I had such problems with my thermostats that the rooms in my flat would go from boiling hot to freezing cold for no reason and at random times - there was also the possibility that the thermostats did not even control the rooms they were in... I was recommended to call Ash and it was the best decision I’ve ever made! Ash just gets down to the problem, always has a million suggestions and keeps working on the problem around the clock (I couldn’t believe how often he was checking in with thermostat manufacturers to talk to them directly as well as the amount of research he did for potential solutions throughout the day almost every day). First time around he resolved my thermostat issue. He is super quick, efficient and respectful whilst in your home and not at all intrusive. Plus he is very clean (unheard of usually!). Of course I hope my flat has no more issues but even if it does, I feel completely safe and confident knowing I can get in touch with Ash (who also responds to calls/WhatsApp’s really quickly which is a huge relief). Ash is your guy!
