Wow! Excellent service from start to finish. My boiler needed to be urgently replaced and I had an inspection within 10 minutes of calling and a quote by the end of the day. Ben is very professional from start to finish and made sure the work was completed in time. They were really knowledgeable and experienced and I am extremely pleased with the quality of work. Ben heating and plumbing will be my first call in the future for any plumbing or heating work.

I have used Ben many times over the years, he is always prompt, quick and professional, and gives an excellent all-round plumbing service. He is always cheerful and friendly, and is so kind - he brought me a new doorbell and fitted it at no extra charge. I cannot recommend him highly enough, if you want a perfect plumber who is also a lovely guy, then look no further!

Ben's heating and plumbing company is a model of porfessionalism, commitment and a young hardworking self owner, who give good advice and show you and explain the problem before starting any repair works. My boiler just broke down this sunday afternoon, i called few heating companies who gave some unreal quote just for an engineer to come was £80 plus £160 per hour plus engineer was only available later in the day, mainly all companies were just trying to rip off any person who will call with an emergency. Ben had one fix price for weekend and emeregency calls, cheaper than any others i found either in the area or in london , he showed up 30min after i spoke with him . He came and identified the problem quickly and found that we actually had a co2 leak. He managed to fix the leaks and the dripping boiler but we obviously needed a new one mine was old i have to say. By next morning ben showed up with his team a brand new boiler , i have to say cheaper than the one i checked online that evening as the prices are too much to my liking. In 3 hours him and his team replaced the boiler got it up and running and cleared the heaters from any blockages and the house has never been so warm and hot. I really recommend him and his company. BEN put his heart and pride in his work, a value that not all heating companies nowadays embraces. For me everything was🤘👍✌

Good service and came the same day as I was in a hurry due to my kitchen being taken out and the gas hob had to be removed and capped off. Fitted a toilet in the same visit as well.
