I called on a Sunday and got an immediate response. I arranged for the drain to be cleared on the Monday as it was not urgent. BDS investigated the drain and see that their was no major damage. I was very happy with the work done and the final cost.

Had an issue at home, opened manhole cover thinking I could clear the blockage myself and came face to face with a massive Fatberg, closed cover and went off to do a Google search, viewed various companies and read the reviews and as I needed someone out that day I decided on BDS, called them up got an answer straight away and booked them for 19:00 to 21:00 visit, I did get a call saying they where delayed on a job as it had turned in to a major job and I was fine waiting as these things happen in this line of work. Guys arrived and as the blockage was at the rear of the house they raised the front manhole cover, it was worse than I thought as there was another Fatberg, the engineers Bill and Jack got to work straight away and all was done, cleared and dusted within 1hr 25mins and I was also relived that there was no damage to the pipes. Great service from BDS and the guys and I would have no problem in recommending BDS to others and if I ever end up in the same situation again I would call BDS without hesitation.

We found out about BDS Drainage on Google. We first got them to do a survey on a drain which we thought might have been damaged by a massive tree root. BDS Drainage did a survey and the pictures revealed some damage. We then go back to do the repair. David was an engineer, a very friendly guy. He told me exactly what he was doing at each step. BDS must stand for Best Drainage Service. Awesome service. Went to work (we operate a restaurant business) to discover an outside drain had become blocked and the yard was flooded. Panic!!! It needed to be sorted that night otherwise we could not operate the restaurant. Called a host of so called emergency plumbers and none could come out that night. Called BDS and they had a guy with us in 2 hours. Rob was polite, diligent and knowledgeable. He got right to work and had everything flowing perfectly within an hour.
