S.I called DSM Plumbing for an emergency repair as water was dripping from the ceiling under the bathroom.
They arrived promptly and fixed the leak coming from the hand basin hot water pipe. It took them just over an hour. Glad they solved the issue, I would use them again for emergencies.

A. C.I called DSM Plumbing for an emergency call out and they arrived the same day. They were able to pinpoint the problem with the boiler really quickly. The boiler needed replacing and they were able to provide with a quote within a few hours. They really helpfully suggested a cheaper make of boiler which made the replacement affordable for us. They came on a Sunday to do the installation which has meant weve only waited a couple of days for a our problem to be fixed.
I am really pleased with their service and would recommend them to anyone.

S. B.Emergency call out for a broken boiler. The engineer arrived in just over and hour and was very efficient and polite, he talked me through what he was looking for and any problems found. The emergency call out is a premium rate but within an hour the boiler was working.
