Kem has done a range of jobs at our house, from installing a tap to setting up new pipework & drainage and making a unit for our utility room. He is really efficient, incredibly tidy (both in the quality of his work and in clearing up after himself) and he explains his work and rationale very clearly. Amazing plumber, very professional, responsive and friendly. Had issues with our radiators for over 2 years and fitted new ones within a day and checked in after to make sure it all worked fine. Couldnt ask for a better service!

I had a leak at my shop and Google a local plumber, within two hours Kemal turned up and fixed my problem. He used his own hoover and cleaned up after himself which was refreshing to see as most don't. Charged me a very reasonable price even though it was a emergency call-out. Keep up the great work and note I've stored your number just in case of ever needing your services again. Hopefully never 😆

Brilliant service! Kemal came out the same evening I called to investigate a leak I had from my water pipes. He told me straight away what the problem was and talked me through what he would need to repair and replace to fix the issue. As he needed to order the parts he temporarily stopped the leak and talked me through what to do if I needed water for a few moments like when I need to use the bathroom. Kemal was very responsive and gave me a quote very quickly the next day and once my landlord gave the thumbs up Kemal came over to carry out the works. Kemal was very professional and talked me through everything he was doing, he laid out a dust sheet as I had carpet and he made sure everything was clean and tidy when he packed his tools back up and left. Kemal also gave me advice on how I could save money moving forward regarding my hot water and made sure everything was working before leaving and assured me that if any problems occur to give him a call and he would come straight back. Would definitely recommend using Kemal, if I have any other problems in the future regarding plumbing I will definitely give Kemal a call!
