Dimitri turned up about 30 minutes after I rang FD for emergency repairs. My whole heating and hot water systems has crashed and were not functioning. Within 15 minutes he detected the jammed circulation pump. Within 20 minutes he had an upgaded pump delivered to the door. He found the valves on both ends of the pipes to be corroded and removed them after he had ordered their replacements. They came around 30 minutes later by which time he had removed both of the corroded valves and prepared the system for their replacement. Throughout the process, Dinitri, remained calm, confident and professional. After he had completed the connections, he tested the resurrected system. It was not yet up to his standard and he climbed around the obstructions to conduct further tests. He vented air from 2 principal points and tried again, then again, then again until he was sure that it was perfect. Supreme craftmanship, and acute attention to detail. I have no hesitation in recommending this firm of highly skilled and competent professionals to one and all. Finally, the cost, before parts and VAT was surprising low, considering his uninterupted three hours of akward work. Pick them and be assured of a seamless fantasic outcome.

I used FD Plumbing and Heating in March 2021 to investigate some wet patches in my storage cabinet as I was concerned there might be a leaking pipe somewhere. After a bit of investigation, the plumber Dmitriy determined that the wet patch was due to condensation from a pipe and subsequently fixed the problem. Wonderful, really happy with the service. We had a faulty shower, caused by a faulty mixer cartridge. We originally called Plumb London, who attend and were polite, but weren't able to remove the cartridge and fix the issue. Fabio from FD Plumbing attended shortly after and was able to solve the problem. Within an hour, the badly damaged cartridge was removed, replaced, and the shower was back up and running. Quick and efficient. I called FD Plumbing & Heating because 3 of the 9 radiators in my house were not working. They quickly isolated the issue and fixed it within 1 hour. I've thoroughly enjoyed the services of FD Plumbing. I have multiple bathrooms with leaks from different unknown causes. The leaks were causing moisture damage to the adjoining floors and walls. Other plumbers that had a look at the problem suggested that I break through the shower and bathroom tiles to take a peek at the problem. Thinking about the costs associated to such a big job would keep me up at night. Ryan, the engineer from FD Plumbing, immediately identified the least invasive approach to finding the cause of the leaks. Ryan was also able to solve the problem within hours. Had a Salamander CT20 TU pump fitted to my hot water system. Tamjeed made a thorough assessment and explained what was involved before starting. The work was carried out to a high standard, and I was given some advice about using the system. I later called them up for information to activate the warranty on the pump, which they promptly provided. Overall, this is a very professional and friendly company, and I highly recommend them.

Seriously impressed with this 'good find' company! Have had an issue with the down pipes on the exterior of our restaurant (3-4 floors) which has been pretty tricky to repair with very limited access to it. When my immersion heater stopped working i needed hot water fast. I called FD Plumbing and the phone was answered immediately by a helpful lady called Chloe. After calmly listening to my panic she promised to check if they had someone available and call me back. Within 5 minutes she called me to say they had a plumber (Fletcher) available and he would be with us between 10.00 and 12.00. At 10.30 Fletcher arrived and proceeded to sort the issue. I cannot recommend FD Plumbing highly enough. Honest- ( Prices were given and where parts needed a quote given and approval sought before they were bought). Fast & Efficient- When a time was given Fletcher was there ahead of time. Professional - Fletcher was highly skilled, clean and professional advice given throughout. Price- only charged for the time work was carried out ( no deliberate stretching out the job) and for the parts used. Overall felt comfortable and after so many bad experiences am AMAZED to find an honest reliable company that does the job professionally and with consideration for the customer . FOR A FIRST RATE, HONEST, PROFESSIONAL,and FAST service look no further. I will definitely use FD Plumbing again and would highly recommend them.

I have been in property letting for 30 years and Fabio is one of the most thorough and professional heating engineers I have had the pleasure of using. I have seen some pretty scant 'boiler servicing' over the years...when Fabio has finished with your boiler he will know it inside out and it will have been comprehensively SERVICED. This year I needed a new boiler and as expected, the price quoted was totally fair, with a detailed breakdown.Most of us are familiar with the frustrations of trying to get in touch with busy trades: not so with FD Plumbing...Asif in the office is efficient to a tee and will coordinate the job seamlessly with excellent and speedy communications. All paperwork, certificates and guarantee registration at Vaillant were handled by Asif and emailed to me promptly. Had a massive leak in the building where our photography studio sits and had to get a plumber in urgent as lots of expensive and electrical equipment. These guys came in, worked out the problem and a fix within 5 mins of being there. They then continued to fix the leak and all is great! they were very friendly and thorough with their work. Unfortunately I was unable to reach FD Plumbing over the holiday period and called another plumber from check a trader website who charged £100 for an assessment and said it would be a two man job and was not sure how long it would take to resolve. Another plumber who works for our building management company said "Good luck finding someone who will want to take this on". I managed to get in touch with FD Plumbing and Dimitri solved the problem in under an hour. He waited to make sure the heating came through to the two radiators which weren't working. It turned out that the valve was stuck in an off position which he corrected by clicking it on and off several times. My sleepless nights worrying about whether I would get my heating back on was resolved by someone who knew what he was doing. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I've recently purchased a Victorian Terrace, that has turned out to be more Fixer than Upper, and I've had to call FD on a few occasions now to sort out unexpected problems. I've had them in to reattach old radiators; install a new bathroom cabinet and sink, where the pipes were ancient and not-standardsizing; repair a boiler, where the technician kindly spent an extended amount of time dealing with the manufacturer on my behalf; and to repair a kitchen sink-pipe catastrophe. On all occasions the team where wonderful to deal with. From the reception on the phone call, to figuring out the best way to solve the problem, to the prompt arrival of the technicians, to the neat, clean, friendly service, everything left me satisfied and willing to recommend them.

Fabio was first recommended to me by a friend after my shower stopped giving me hot water. I text him and he was swift to reply and set up an appointment within a few days. He came, looked at the problem and then also checked out the piping in my flat to make sure that there was nothing else which could cause a problem. He then sorted out the problem quickly and cleaned up after himself. Only a few weeks ago i noticed that the bathroom sink was leaking. Once again I text Fabio, who put me through to HD Plumbing. An appointment was set up for two days later. A lovely gentleman from New Zealand speant the time explaining what the problem was and making sure, again that there would be no other future problems with that particular pipe.He cleaned and sorted the pipe and cleaned up after himself. The teams are swift, tidy and fast. They were on time (and in fact early in one case) which is lovely. And I was able to pay with my card as they carried a portable chip and pin card reader with them. I am not easily pleased when it comes to tradesmen (I have had a catalogue of past problems) - so I don't say it lightly - but I couldn't highly recommend this firm enough.

Wow customer service second to none.Have yet to come across a company in today's environment,that is so professional prompt fair and do everthing to make your experience,from first phone call to completion of works a unique experience and finishing off with excellent after service.Give them a try and see for yourself,will be shocked if you don't receive all I have reported on the experience and service I received.
