Sunny is an invaluable contact to help with all your bathroom or plumbing needs. Only thanks to his professional and extremely helpful and calm way of guiding me through the jungle of bathroom stuff, was I able to finally get my bathroom refurbishment project off the ground after 3 long years of putting it all off. If you haven't got a clue like me, Sunny's shop is definitely a good place to go to ! Good advice, very knowledgeable and dedicated, open to any questions you may have, fairly priced, good quality items, responsive and just helpful throughout. Sunny also recommended a plumber to me who did a great job ! So I can highly recommend Sunny !!! Thanks for all your help on this bathroom refurbishment project !

Cannot recommend Sunny highly enough! He was highly recommended to my son, when he was refurbishing his home, who was so pleased with the care and service that Sunny provided that he recommended him to me when I started refurbishments to my home. Sunny gave me the time to discuss and source exactly what I wanted for my 2 bathrooms and radiators throughout the house. He advised me on sizes of radiators for the square meterage of the rooms, he gave suggestions for the white goods in the bathrooms. Nothing was too much trouble, and when there was a problem with a shower screen (wouldn't fit up the narrow staircase) he calmly came up with a solution and was really helpful. Sunny is a genuinely lovely person who will go out of his way to help you. My plumbers was very impressed with the service that Sunny provided, and said "You won't find many Plumbers Merchants like that today!". Not only is he a genuinely good guy, his prices are very competitive too!!

Sunny has always been very helpful on every occasion my husband Aqeel has spoken to him, whether it be in person or over the phone. He always recommends the best and has great customer service skills which is evident in the manner, tone and context he speaks in. Our plumber advised us to go and speak to these guys to get new radiators and fittings. I'm big on customer service and don't give five stars lightly but these guys blew me away. I know nothing about plumbing and the brief from our plumber was to choose some new rads and fittings. We are moving some into small spaces so it's needs to be right. After a long chat where our needs were really listened to we came away having spent far less than we had expected and happy that it was the right choice. They liased with our plumber to arrange collection and even gave our plumber stock to take away so that if we needed anything doing it could be done in one visit meaning just one bleed on the system which of course saved us time and money. Professional, very giving and trusting. I won't be going anywhere else for any of our plumber needs. What a refreshing change!!!! Hamish Harrington E17
