Not only has he showed great competency, he proved to be problem solving and entrepreneurial finding smart ways of solving issues without dismantling and at very fair costs. Could not recommend him enough.

There's no drama, no nonsense charges, and he will give plenty of sensible advice about your issue. Superb.

When I contacted Giovanni, he said I lived too far for him to come over but offered his help over the phone and asked me to send him a picture, as soon as he received it, he immediately came back to me and guided me through some tests and resolved the problem there and then. I was speechless as I had been worrying about it all morning.
The first plumber I contacted quoted me £250/£320 for the part to replace plus £90 labor costs.
