We were recommended Green Flame London by our builder, and we are so happy we used them. They're really responsive, communicative, reliable and their costs are really fair. We used Green Flame for a boiler service, gas safety certicate initially when we were buying our house, but soon had them back in to fit the gas cooker and replace the taps. Magda and Agata who work in the office and schedule the work, send certificates etc were brilliant. The engineer we used was Rafal who was awesome, he went above and beyond and offered some really valuable advice when it came to the plumbing in our property (it's an old victorian terrace, super old plumbing). We will definitely use Green Flame when we look to replace the plumbing in our house and fully recommend them to others!

I had to replace my old boiler. I had a 3 different companies came for survey. Green Flame was the most cost effective. Great value for money. I am happy with the quality of the work, cleaningnes and keeping good customer service after the work completed and paid. Definitely recommended.

I have been using GFL for over 5 years. They has installed around 15 boilers in our houses over the years. Their enginners are professional and have good knowledge of work. I have just got one of my boilers fixed by boiler enginner Jemal. He is very efficient, he made sure that the boiler is working properly and tidy up the mess gathered during the boiler repair before he left. Their enginner Rafal has installed some of my boilers in the past three years and they all have been working fine without any issues. Agata and Magda, their backoffice staff are very easy to communicate with and they coordinate the works very efficiently. 100% recommended

Highly recommend Greenflame. Jamal was covid safety conscious. He quickly assessed the problem with my boiler and collected the replacement parts directly from the suppliers. He returned and fixed the boiler. Excellent service.

Quick response time and next day engineer visit. Thought boiler service price was expensive (£150 + VAT), but as previous house owners had used them for boiler installation I called them. Engineer seemed professional but he didn't discuss additional works/repairs with me. Got a call after he left and was told I'd have to pay an additional £100 + VAT for repairing a plastic condensate pipe with labour. This was annoying as we weren't anticipating the extra cost, we never got a chance to discuss our options, cost of parts etc. Anyways, I negotiated it down to £50 + VAT considering the engineer was already there for the boiler servicing (cost of travel etc) and the lack of proper communication.

I used GFL for electrical installation maintenance and to get a landlord certificate. Excellent service - efficient, reliable, very helpful; both the office staff and the electricians. When you call GFL Pamela and Agata are very friendly and keen to help resolve any issues in a timely manner. I’ve used GFL to fix and service my boiler for a few years. I’ve always been impressed by their professionalism and helpfulness. Recently I had a gas leak, which was detected during a routine service. The team went out of their way to locate, isolate and get my heating back up and running. This was hugely appreciated as it’s freezing and I have a baby. They sourced the replacement parts for the oven (the cause of the leak) and fixed this first thing the following morning. I’ve dealt with two gas engineers, Alex and Conrad, I can recommend both. Very happy with the service. I find their pricing to be very fair, they don’t rip you off and only do the work that is required.

GREAT SERVICE. This company are very hard working and have a "can do" approach to the job. They are diligent, creative and give great attention to detail. Where many plumbers would make excuses or say that they are busy to avoid work or complex situations, this company get the job done and take responsibility for it.
