.Everyone I spoke to in person, over the phone or via email is switched on.
I am someone who knows what look I want but doesn’t fit bathrooms and doesn’t always entirely understand what specific things are. They were all so knowledgeable, patient, helpful and understanding.
I got exactly what I wanted for my 2 bathroom projects, on time and with discounts too.. I really couldn’t rate my experience any higher or find a negative - I am so pleased that the other showrooms weren’t open on the Sunday when I first called Freddie to enquire about Crosswater taps; he and Alex in particular have been total gems - thanks guys!
P. B.Top notch service always with a smile. Was told to change heat exchanger, trv, expansion vessel and more by another plumber, including suggestion to change a seven year old boiler. Hanwell heating went out and said that heat exchanger needs de-scaling only, rest is all fine. Got them to change the heat exchanger anyway and all working fine since then. Nothing else needed to be done saving more than a couple of hundred on what the others quoted.
