Absolutely brilliant service by Homecure. We have had an ongoing issue with our troublesome boiler for a few months now. We have had several companies in over that time but no one had seemed to solve the issue with many people advising to change the boiler even though it wasn’t even 10 years old. We thought we would give Homecure a try after a family friend had recommended them and all I can say is they were fantastic. The engineer who came (I think his name was James) was able to find out what the issue was within 30 minutes, he also explained why it was most likely the other engineers didn’t find the issue. I can only put this down to some serious expertise on his part. A new part was ordered and a return visit booked for the next day and everything was restored and working perfectly again. The prices were definitely reasonable for the experience and expert knowledge received, I would say you definitely get what you pay for. I only wish I found Homecure Plumbing earlier. Needless to say I would highly recommend and will definitely be using again. Regards David H

Fantastic service we received. Boiler was serviced, then found out we had a leaky tap from our bathroom. Jamie was a great help in finding us the right kind of tap to replace our old one, he also managed to get back out to us ASAP to fit the new taps into a very awkward sink unit. Would recommend to anyone. A very knowledgeable team who perform a professional service with the ability to understand the customers needs. Need more companies out there offering this great service. Home Cure plumbers came to give my new Worcester boiler a yearly service. I had it installed last year by a different company. The guy from home cure noticed a small leak under the boiler and pointed it it to me. He was able to fix it there and then but it could have been a lot worse if it was not spotted. I feel they are very honest and trustworthy. In future I will certainly be using them for other jobs.

I called Them at 9 am on a Saturday morning as we had a leak coming through our dining room ceiling, The office staff said the plumber would be with us shortly and he was ! If I'm honest I thought that the reviews were too good to be true but thought I'd take a chance with these guys anyway. All the sinks in my home were blocked and not draining including the washing machine. I called them up for a next day visit and they were super efficient and upfront about costs as well which I really appreciate after being ripped off by plumbers in the past. Their plumber came out today and completely cleared out all the drains in less than hour. He was pleasant and professional the whole time and gave me a fixed quote. Very helpful, reassuring and professional Our old boiler reached the end of its life and we contacted Homecure Plumbers to have a look. It was the start of the Lockdown and we thought it would take some time but Lee pulled out all the stops to come and have a look at our boiler. Phoned Homecure for a non-urgent task and they came round the next day and were brilliant. Ben sorted out my problem just like that, really efficient, really professional and it was so obvious he knew his stuff. There's more. I live in a tower block and there was another dripping problem behind my toilet, behind boards. We both thought it was going to be a central problem and so out of his jurisdiction. But still, Ben unscrewed the boards to see what the problem was. He found another worrying leak - it's not something he can do and charge for, but that didn't matter to him. He said it was good that he could get to the bottom of things and help a customer and said he would be hanging around waiting for the boiler to drain anyway. A world apart from others I've had come round so thought it was worth reviewing.

I had a very positive experience with Homecure plumbers and would definitely use there services again. My partner and I came back from holiday last month to find our hot water wasn't getting hot. We booked in a visit over the phone (who were very friendly and helpful) for an appointment the very next day. Our boiler stopped working late on Saturday, only Homecures engineer was available at short-notice and came within the hour. It wasn’t possible to fix the boiler as parts were no longer available (boiler was 20 odd years old) Jack quoted for a new boiler which was very reasonable and confirmed. We decided to call Homecure last week regarding our boiler after looking at a few different plumbing companies in the directories. First impressions were very good, we spoke to a lovely lady over the phone who was able to book us in with a boiler plumber the very next day at 8 o’clock in the morning. The next morning when the plumber arrived (Lee), I explained what had been happening with the boiler and what noises it had been making. He was very patient and knowledgeable and talked me through some possible issues eventually finding the actual problem. The plumber called to find out if the part needed was in stock and indeed it was. Within 2 hours of Lee arriving my boiler was repaired and that included the time it took to go and get the part it needed. I am very happy to have found a reliable local company and would highly recommend Lee and Homecure Plumbers to others.

My megaflo water heater seemed to be overflowing into the garden. Kevin diagnosed the problem (which was actually a central heating problem) and fixed it brilliantly. A couple of weeks ago, my boiler went down. The company who installed it were unavailable and the warranty company did not have anyone available either. I found Homecure through search, they were available to discuss the issue and had an engineer to me that day. The lady on the phone was very friendly and an engineer came out by midday , he managed to find the leek within an hour and told me exactly what he needed to do. I was happy enough with the service so no comments really there. This was my first booking with Homecure and I chose them on the basis of 'knowing what the price would be', however the 'fixed price' offered on their website is somewhat misleading as it does not state that the price is per half hour (I had wrongly assumed that this was a per hour figure). My call lasted 45min and I was charged pro-rata. I would advise confirming costs prior to booking. 3 stars because although I was not happy with the price not being made clear up front, I failed to check this adequately myself.

Just like to say how surprised I was at finding a first class plumbing company, it's always a worry, are they going to do a good reliable job or are they a bunch of cowboys , let me put your mind's at rest put all your worries to one side , if you have any plumbing problems, this is the company you need to phone first, fair price's good plumbing engineer's .Ben was the guy who replaced my four taps on the same day I phoned YES THE SAME DAY, also showed me a selection of tap's to choose from so I could make my mind up then went out to get them ( most companies would want you to get your own tap's) fixed them in record time, even though one of them was a right so and so to remove, I can't recommend this company enough, if you get Ben to fix your problem, then you will know what I'm talking about 10 out of 10 well done Ben well done homecure.

I would like to give Homecure Plumbers a quick mention. We have 3 properties that we rent out and have used Homecure on several occasions when our tenants have had problems with plumbing issues in the flats. Most recently one of our tenants in Islington had complained that her hot water wasn't working, so we rang Homecure and spoke to Shelley who is fantastic. Shelley basically makes life easy by liaising with the tenant to make arrangements for an engineer to visit, she then informed me of the costs involved to repair the boiler so that I could give the go ahead. It helps knowing I can rely on a company I can trust who will also deal with the tenant directly and I don't have to go back and forth myself to make all the arrangements. Prices have always been reasonable and the service has always been reliable. Would highly recommend!
