I took in a part of my boiler to try and find the correct washer size. Not only they identify the part straight away (I'd been to another hardware store that didn't know what it was) they then took off the old broken washer and fixed the new one on. In and our in 3 minutes. Would highly recommend

Just wanted to say a massive thank you. I came in last week, you ever so kindly gave me a solenoid valve so I could get hot water straight onto my shower following being sold a digital shower by Vado, limited to 46 degrees. I've connected the valve, it's solved the issue entirely and I can use the digital shower as a mixer with the hot to cool to any temperature desired! You have previously got me out of a difficult situation with lead pipework at home as well! What a great shop to have locally and an awesome service you provide! I have recommended you to everyone I know in the trade! Thanks again, I will be in soon!
