Ok the guys here were so incredibly nice and helpful. I went in with a page of instructions I had printed from Pinterest and I was hoping they would just help me find the parts I needed and not make fun of me. We went there for a part from a cistern, he was eager for us to only replace the inner (broken) part, and tried very hard to separate the two units. Unfortunately we couldn’t, but really nice to know he didn’t want to oversell to us.
