Our water heater died overnight and after calling this morning we have a new water heater installed the same day. Professional and on time and fair prices. We also have a few rental flats in London which we will be calling you to carry out various plumbing jobs for. Absolutely satisfied customer we will use you again soon

Great service from initial contact to job completion! I had an odour in my house and they found the problem in minutes and repaired it immediately. Without major distruption to my property. BEST PLUMBING COMPANY IN LONDON! Needed my sewer inspected and possible repair so contacted this company by email immediately after reading their reviews online. I received a phone call back within 5 minutes. I spoke to a very knowledgeable gentleman Scott on the phone. After listening to my description of the work he advised me that the local council for my area in West Kensington would come out to do the job for me free of charge. I find that to be very honest of a business, they could have got me for whatever they charge. I'm sold On this fact alone. Turns out the council did come out and found nothing. But if the time comes I need a plumber, I'm calling you guys. Thanks again!

always prompt, pleasant, professional, neat and courteous. Their plumber always gets the jobs done quickly and at very fair prices! I needed a couple of water heaters replaced and piping changed to be more practical. Showed up when they said they would, were better priced than their competition, and provided great service. How many contractors would actually move your things and then place them back the same way it was? I haven't found many if any. These guys pay attention to detail and left the basement cleaner than it was

Great company, 5 stars. This morning my hot water heater had quit, was unable to get a hold of the complex plumber, as usual so I asked my neighbour if they knew anyone, as I was new to the Hanwell area. They kindly recommended your company London plumbers as they had never had any issues when they had various plumbing work carried out. Gas engineer was at my house within 45 min. After trouble shooting it was determined that there was a small internal leak that put out the pilot light. A small repair was carried out within the £70 +vat, what a relief. I am very pleased with the overall service was prompt, pleasant and very professional. Thanks for the good work.

After using three other companies for snaking and getting sewer line replacement prices from a total of 5 companies we chose London Plumbers to replace a large section of our sewer line. Chris was very patient, experienced and knowledgeable. He spent the time to diagnose and explain the problem and how to correct the situation. The scheduled "dig day" occurred one day sooner than expected, which was nice and the weather held out so that the project was complete approximately 24 hours after beginning even though there was more digging than originally anticipated. Chris made sure we were completely satisfied that the roots were cleared before he finished the job. We would highly recommend this company in London.

Last week when I was out of the country, I received a phone call from my wife that our electric boiler was not working properly. My wife was at home with (3) children under 7 years old. I found your company on the internet (with brilliant reviews) at 7:30pm and within 1-hour, somebody was out to my house. Unfortunately, my boiler was very old and beyond repair. The office staff (knowing that my wife was home alone with the kids) made sure somebody was there at 7:00am to replace my system the following day. In a service related industry, they are definitely at the top of the pack. This review does not give justice to how much they helped me out. The fixed price was exceptionally competative and I was not charged for the night time visit prior. I would absolutely use them again and would recommend them to anybody. Mr Montgomery
