Cannot recommend this service enough! I had an urgent problem with no running water and Mikey spoke to me over the phone and FaceTimed me, talking me through every step to try and fix the problem. I am so grateful for their help and kindness.

M&O Plumbers are just the best - I had no hot water in my Health Club. The pump Had failed, it was a 20 year old pump and There are no spare Parts for it anymore. I was dealing with Mike who went above and beyond to help and find a solution to get a new pump fitted to my 20 year old system! I cannot praise Enough M&O Plumbers and Mike In particular - they really saved the day. without them we would have had to shut down our operation until new pipes were installed. Absolutely amazing! Had a terrible time sourcing some spare parts for our toilet and shower in our new flat we have just moved in to around the corner from M&O. We popped in on the off chance on Wednesday to see if we could find anything out, and to our surprise the gentleman behind the counter (we think he said Mikey) recognised the valve straight away, even better he fixed it on the spot, apparently it was a Trevi shower valve and the fault was a common one. We also managed to buy a toilet flusher that two other plumbing shops couldn’t supply. Great guy who seemed to be rushed off of he’s feet but still had time to explain to my partner how to fit the new flusher. We will definitely be returning if we ever need more plumbing bits X
