Polite, efficient, good value. My new go to plumber in the area. My London Plumbers arrived at the agreed time, called before hand to say they were coming - if the time still worked etc. Very polite, mindful of our all thing. Explained very well what the problems were to our questions and explain what he was doing and why. This was my first time with My London Plumbers and I will use again. The price was better than a normal "urgent" call out and I prefer to give business to my locals. Would recommend 5 stars.

After buying a new home in early '21, I was unfortunately hindered with four separate plumbing, boiler and pipework issues, shortly after purchase. It was by chance that I was left a card by My London Plumbers and I could quite happily say that I've been bowled over by the service. I've needed to call the team out on four separate occasions. Whereas sometimes I've had to wait longer than I would like, at least they resolve the issues first time around, honestly and with integrity. High quality workmanship too.

Ash came to help us at really short notice after our downstairs neighbours reported that a leak was coming through their ceiling from our flat. He came round late on a Sunday night to diagnose the issue, explaining everything to us as he went along, and returned the next day to fix it once we had gotten permission from the landlord. He was friendly, professional and quick, and we really appreciate that he came out even late in the evening. Once he'd replaced a pipe, Ash tested everything multiple times to make sure all was okay, and the leak is completely fixed now - thank you Ash! Saleh picked up immediately and to my amazement was passing my street and came to look at the issue to give his verdict within 5mins. Even though the problem was not gas related, the person did all the safety checks and insisted on them. A team from My London Plumbers installed my new eco combi gas boiler and replaced a damaged bath tap. They were professional, courteous and very efficient. My flat has old complicated piping and an ancient, rather inaccessible, cast iron bath. Neither proved a problem for them! They also took the time to explain and demonstrate how to operate my new boiler and its digital thermostat. Their work was clearly and reasonably priced. Saleh is highly recommended. I contacted Saleh as i needed the water heater fixed at my mother's house, many other plumber's I called had no experience of this. He called back quickly and came to see the issue on the same day. He suggested replacing the whole system to a new more modern combi boiler system, which many other plumbers said was a hard and expensive task. Saleh was able to complete the job very quickly. He arrived on time and completed the job to a high standard, with no extra costs despite him completing many other small tasks which were not included in the initial price. I am really happy I found him as will definitely be using him again in the future. It's difficult to find a good reliable, polite and highly efficient plumber, but am very happy to have come across his company. I would highly recommend him and his team.
