A week ago, my father's boiler lost pressure. I called My Plumber and they had a team at the house in under 2 hours. They were incredibly professional and friendly. They fixed the problem quickly and at a fair price. It was the best service experience I've ever had. Highly recommend My Plumber.

My Plumber offers excellent customer service and quality work at an affordable price. We hired an engineer, for a full day, to install a new central heating boiler and flue. He took special care to protect the carpets and internal fittings (the boiler is on the second floor of a two-story house). Additionally, the engineer followed all of the Covid guidelines and still had time to converse. Overall, the customer experience was excellent. We highly recommend My Plumber to anyone in London.
