One of the engineers came out to fix the hot water issue with my boiler and to service the boiler. He arrived on time with all of this tools in tow. He explained to me the issues with the boiler once it was serviced and fixed a leak in the boiler. He was very friendly and kept me updated. The boiler was fixed to a very high standard and the hot water is now working fine. He also checked in a few days later to check if I was happy with the work. I would recommend this engineer if you need any plumbing or boiler work done. This work was very good value for money. The work done was at a very high standard.

Michael's work ethic is of very high standard. He communicated all through the process and after service was completed. Was punctual as per our booking, but also Informed me of his time of arrival on the day. Michael offered to buy the material so I didn't have to go screwfix and look for it. (That helped a lot as I had no idea what was needed). Very tidy professional, took old taps etc. He even asked me for an all purpose cleaner so he could clean where he carried the jobs. Fair pricing. Very high quality job. Great professional. I recommended his services to my neighbour on the very same day, and I definitely will everytime someone needs a plumber.

Michael arrived on time and cleared the blockage in my kitchen sink waste disposal unit, he also check the outside drain pipework and unblocked that also.
