Called Octopus and spoke to Greg about a problem I was experiencing with an appliance. Greg very kindly gave me a simple solution over the telephone which immediately solved the problem. Decent guy, could have easily said he would need to visit to assess....and subsequently charge BUT he chose not to do so. I will call Octopus/Greg if I have any plumbing problems in the future.

I have enlisted Greg's services several times now over the past few years. Without exception he is friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and charges very fairly. I recently consulted him over whatsapp, sending a video of my malfunctioning toilet flush, and he arrived the next day having already procured the part and fixed it in a flash. I cannot rate Greg and his team highly enough. By far the best trades people we have come across. Greg is incredibly professional and takes pride in his work. He never cuts corners and ensures the job is done right the first time. We used Octopus plumbing to rip out and re-do a poorly installed bathroom after using what can only be described as a 'cowboy builder'. The bathroom was completed to the highest standard and we went on to use Octopus plumbing to finish and correct the rest of our poorly done plumbing. Not many people would have taken on such a job so we're extremely grateful!!
