S. W.Our PulsaCoil A-Class thermal store sprung a leak and I called Rapid React Plumbing as they were not too far from me. Very pleased I did. They gave me an estimate over the phone based on the info I provided and came within a couple of days and were able to fix everything (the immersion heaters were short, but also the relays needed replacing/upgrading). All very professional and pleasant to deal with and gave me a detailed invoice so I have a clear record of the work done. Would recommend them and certainly use them again.

H. C.I have a Boilermate 2000 and the problem was the hot water suddenly turning cold. Got an appointment the next day. Unlike other engineers who you could tell did not fully understand the Gledhill system, Icky was very knowledgeable and did a thorough check of the entire heating system, including going up the loft to check the tank. He fixed the problem in no time without changing any parts and charged reasonably for his time. He was courteous and friendly, and, I felt, had my best interest in mind.

w. s.Called Rapid React after British Gas (Dyno Rod) failed to replace a broken pump. Rapid React replaced the pump and leaking isolation valves to the pump. Also pointed out to us where hot water had corroded through copper piping elsewhere and replaced it on the spot. This was above and beyond what we hoped for. Please get these guys to check out your heating! Reasonable price, clean, efficient and polite staff.

The engineer Iky Adams was very knowledgeable about the pulsacoil and Gledhill products, and rapidly identified the issue and fixed it there and then.

D. B.Rapid and good. He was able to come quickly when the water heater packed up completely. He didn't try to 'up' the repair at all but I wanted a replacement for an old heater so it became a big job. Difficult job due to restrictions in the space available in the cupboard but he did a great job and all in a half day at a price we agreed up front. Took all the old stuff away and cleaned up - would recommend.

J. J.Icky has been out to my rental property on a number of occasions now. He has always been able to attend very quickly that is such a blessing when there are tenants to keep happy. He is friendly, on time and reasonably priced. He will always try and find solutions and seems to really know his stuff. When the Gledhill boiler completely packed up, he was able to find a replacement and fit it within a couple of day whilst my other plumber had quoted a lead time of 3 weeks! He has very quickly attended my property often on the same day when I have reported problems. He is brilliant and will continue to use him for all my plumbing jobs.

He recommended a suitable replacement unit and had everything up and running very quickly once it had arrived. J. A.Iky from Rapid React has been looking after the boiler in my rental property for about 15 years. He has always been professional, tidy and mindful that the tenants need hot water! He responds quickly and his charges are always fair. Recently the boiler was playing up and I decided that it was time to bite the bullet and get a new one (the old one was 20 years old!). M. B.We had a very positive experience with Iky. He successfully diagnosed the root cause of a system fault in our Gledhill Pulsacoil. I watched the whole thing out of curiosity and saw how several things in the system had failed - I was really impressed with his investigations. Two elements were broken and leaking, and one or two smaller parts needed to be changed as a result of the leak. He didn't have the parts with him, but made sure we had hot water for the time being and returned two days later with two new elements. My curiosity about the process meant I was fully aware of what the problems were. I helped out in small ways (turning taps on and off and switches etc) - I think this meant that the whole thing happened a bit faster than it might have done. There was a lot to do! Iky was also very clear about options following diagnosis - either to replace the whole system (given it was 10 years old) or repair it.
G. R.I was having serious trouble with my Pulsacoil A Class - no hot water both on peak and off peak. I called Rapid React in the morning and fixed a same day appointment for 3pm. The engineer is highly professional, immediately identified the issues and suggested 2 alternative courses of action. Within 3 hours the problem was solved. The price paid is competitive compared to other Pulsacoil engineers. I needed a little follow on and texted the engineer on Saturday morning at by lunch time he arrived and quickly completed. I usually do not write review but in this case I felt so. Highly recommended.
B. P.Rapid React were absolutely fantastic and completely professional. I am always slightly wary of calling plumbing companies in central London because of the extortionate rates. J. S.Just moved into a new flat with a Gledhill boiler that wasn't working on main off peak immersion. I found Rapid React on google and spoke to Iky (the friendly plumber) direct about the problem. He guessed what it might be and said he carried spares, which is something other plumbers that I contacted don't do. He upgraded the faulty relays and rewired a bypass for the faulty timer and gave me good advice about how the boiler worked and what sort of timer I needed fitting at a later date.
I now have hot water. Hurrah!

I have used him 3 times and he travels over to me from East London to Croydon, Surrey as he is the only person that i have ever found that can reliably diagnose and fixed the Gledhill Tanks fitted in my rental properties. Other so called "Gledhill Experts" seem to be able to turn up and charge without resolving the issue whereas Icky is spot on every time.
