B. S.What can I say! Dhillon, Raj and Raj's Dad are amazing - this is the best plumbing and electrical shop I have been to. I am in the process of rennovating my bathroom and doing the kitchen floor with builders and am a complete novice. They have provided amazing customer service, advice, help and go the extra mile with recommendations for services and products. I would highly recommend them - an amazing find, great shop and fabulous people! They're the best!
B. C.We were renovating our bathroom, and our builder recommended Raj and the folks at RP Plumbing. I had already bought a few DIY items from them as we live locally, and was happy to use a local business rather than a national chain.
What I wasn't prepared for was just how helpful Raj would be. We had some ideas about styles of fixtures and fittings, and for each item Raj and the other staff worked through catalogues and product lists to find us exactly what we wanted, and then provide various options and prices. When we weren't sure of the exact solution, Raj's knowledge of the available options was invaluable. The showroom was a great place to get ideas and see items in the flesh, and for anything else Raj took the time to go through brochures with us and make really useful suggestions. He didn't ever push any particular brand or price range, and we always felt confident that we were helped to find the products that were right for us.
We bought all the fixtures and fittings for the bathroom, and we got great advice, great service and great value for money. There is no way we could have received the same level of service from most of the national chains or DIY stores, and I'm pretty sure we would have paid a lot more at the same time.
Thanks again for all the help. I cannot recommend RP Plumbing highly enough.
