My boiler broke down one evening. I found Sage Plumbing and heating thanks to the Gas Registered postcode search. I called them and they were very responsive and came to visit my flat the following day. They ran some tests and found out that my 10yo boiler had at least two parts which were about to break down completely. The pump and the heat exchange were overheating and would need changing. After further discussion, I decided to completely change the boiler. Andres and his engineer Carlos came to install the new boiler very promptly, checked everything for me, drained the radiators, ran all the tests to make sure everything was ok. They installed a magnet filter to avoid rust going back into my boiler (which was not fitted originally on my old boiler). All in all, they were kind, professional, helpful, gave me great advice. They also sent me a whole job report with photos and explanation of everything that had been installed and conducted. I will definitely stick with them, even for my annual service. I'll switch from British Gas to them as I think we're getting a way better and personal service and follow-up.

Amazing service, I'm very happy with the boiler replacement. Andres was very quick to get back to me on the original enquiry. We discussed my options and he sent me a couple of quotes a few days later. The 2 options were clearly stated and the costs broken down. Confirming the option and which date the engineer would come round was done online, which was fantastic. The communication was clear and the engineers came on time and were very professional. Although the work took a bit longer we were informed and the overall result is fantastic. A few days after I received a full report of the work carried out and how long it took together with before and after pictures. Payment was simple, with a link on the invoice to pay online. Overall I'm extremely happy we chose Sage Plumbing and Heating and will recommend them.

Andres is very knowledgeable and professional. He is punctual and reliable. I had five plumbers coming before Andres over the past couple of weeks. No one managed to fix my boiler. I had no heating in a house for 2 weeks! Andres fixed the boiler and also collect the water from the radiators for further examination to avoid future problems. I am very impressed!!!

At the coldest time of year, when you need your boiler most, it's the time it's most likely to breakdown. With British Gas Homecare unable to assist for a week, a screaming tenant and my regular "go to guys" snowed under I was at a loss. A friend recommended Sage to me. Reluctantly I gave them a ring. Surprised they answered.... and even more surprising they came out same day. When they arrived they diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, turned up the next day, on time, and fixed the boiler. My tenant was delighted to return back to a warm flat, and a hot shower. Great service and a really nice guy, giving me an option to the hugely disappointing British Gas Homecare. I'll be using Sage again!!!

Andres was excellent. He was open to discussing the job prior to agreeing a price for the task, and performed filter changes on a 6 stage Reverse Osmosis filter quickly and without issue, for a reasonable cost. Will definitely be using his services again.

Gas pipe leak in the plant room at a block of 21 flats in Bayswater - Andreas visited site, investigated, diagnosed and carried out the required repair efficiently, including opening up the concrete floor to locate the corroded pipe.
