What can I say, such professional and friendly plumber to deal with. John came out was able to find the problem, and clearly explain what had happened. The issue was fixed with fantastic quality work and with a great reasonable price. I have dealt with plumbers in the past and I have to say, John is one of the best. I would definitely recommend to family and friends. Such a gentleman. Thank you John, definitely a 5 star plumber.

John was able to come out at very short notice on a Sunday morning after we’d discovered a leak on returning from holiday. John immediately put us at ease and explained the issue in detail. Would highly recommend!!! Excellent service!!! Having recently moved into my new flat I noticed a leak from toilet spilling into my bathroom floor causing damage. One quick phone call later and John arrived within the hour to fix the problem. John was informative, professional, punctual and polite throughout his service informing me of the issue and the work needed to fix it. Excellent experience with this company, it was easy to schedule a day/time with them that fit in my routine and they were really considerate. My friend recommended the company after they installed her boiler and told me they are very reliable and polite. Simon and John arrived on time and understood that I needed the boiler fixed as soon as possible so straight away got to work. I had just had a very stressful night due to water dripping outside my house continuously and discovered in the morning that it was due to the unused outside toilet cistern overflow. What to do? It was the stress of causing my neighbours a nuisance because of the noise and all sorts of other thoughts going around in my head. Water damage, a flood! And I was really stressed out. Nothing online really helped. So I went to Sainsburys at 7am to get some milk and to just have a break from thinking about what to do next, as I am a housing association resident and trying to get them to do anything involves more stress. On the way I ran in to a young man from Smyths Plumbing waiting to pick up some supplies. I almost didn't have the confidence to speak to him but he smiled at me when I stopped in my tracks and turned back around in desperation. What an absolute gentleman he was and after explaining my problems he didn't hesitate in offering me some advice as to an immediate remedy to stop the water entering the cistern and overflowing. I went home and after a bit of a fiddle reaching the area managed to support the arm of the thingame! with the string!! as suggested. No more water. Phew. I can only say that John😊👍, is a fantastic representative of this company and in my opinion you will be in very safe hands.
