D. D.I spoke to Anthony over the phone and he was able to fix my issues without even needing to attend my home. It was late in the day and he asked me to send him some photos of the issue. After sending him images of the faulty toilet flush he was able to direct me over the phone and safely repaired the fault. He did not charge me anything and saved me a call out fee. Thank you so much - very professional and efficient without needing to attend.

Anthony was really incredible. I called him right at the end of the day and he helped troubleshoot the issue to tide me over until the next morning. He did a little diagnosis over the phone to save me money on an evening call out because he knew it could wait until the morning.
I’d spoken to a couple of other companies that same night who were frankly patronising and really unhelpful...presumably to force me into a call out out of hours!
Anthony turned up on time the next day and spent the time to properly investigate the issue and fix it! Taught me all about it as we went as well.
Could not recommend this guy enough. Hopefully I won’t have to call out the gas man for a while but if I do then it’ll be him I call!

R. M.Anthony always fantastic and reliable. Very importantly, pleasant too. We know that we can trust him to do the job without fuss and bother. Used him for years at our previous property. We have just moved in to another property with old plumbing and found problems within days. Called Anthony to quote for replacing plumbing and heating system. He obliged at short notice. We had to on his arrival ask him to fix the work of the previous plumber. Anthony reconnected the dishwasher to the water inlet where the previous plumber had left the pressure gauge in; replaced a faulty ball joint in the cold water tank and stopped the leak and got our ensuite shower to provide water at temperatures other than tepid. So grateful as was starting to despair. Sorely regret not being patient and waiting for Anthony in the first place. Will not make that mistake again. Highly recommend Trustworth Plumbing.
