H. S.Kevin is courteous, punctual and very efficient. He has come out to check our faulty boiler on several occasions . Within hours of calling him, Kevin inspected the faulty boiler and had identified the issue. He replaced the boiler within 24 hours and worked tirelessly to ensure we had hot water within the day. I would highly recommend Kevin- he is very reliable.

Instead Kevin identified that we just needed to have it serviced and fixed up a bit, saving us hundreds of pounds and fixing the issue. We called him back for a leaky toilet which he also solved no problem. He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and easy to have in the house (cleaned up, super conscientious). v. l.TTPP were chosen to carryout a complete refurbishment on our hot water system. They removed two old cylinders and converted the system to mains pressure. Since the install we have had no issues and were very impressed with the workmanship and communication throughout.
The works included the removal of four loft tanks and a Stuart Turner mains boost unit.
Would highly recommend this company to family and friends.

A. M.Kevin has undertaken a huge job, sorting out the four boilers, radiators in three floors, toilets and showers in the large house, in west London, we have recently moved into. The project took many weeks, but in all that time we have never been anything but impressed with Kevin's professionalism, punctuality, attention to detail, and knowledge. He is always prepared to go that extra distance to get a job done, and was just so helpful, attending to a whole range of additional fiddly tasks that saved us the bother of getting other specialists in - and always taking time to clean up at the end of the day.
